      Was sold a 2015 Kia ***** 2 door, had many problems but was fine until I drove off the lot check engine light came on i had came to fix the same problem many times until I used my own mechanic and found out they was lying and making me pay for nothing. I had made a complaint on here before and the new manager at udrive reading called and try to fix my car but when my car was transported back to them for repairs I was still paying for insurance and car payments. Weeks go by I dont hear anything then the store closed down and everything I had in my car is gone including my license firearms and multiple other things. They sold my car at an auction without my consent or permission and no reason other then I stop paying because I couldnt find my car anywhere. I want the value of the car itself or the same car back because it wasnt for them to take and resell to get a quick buck off something Im paying for and using for work because of this I had lost my job and been out of work. I do DoorDash and Uber and other ride share apps. Not only did the Manager of the mechanics at udrive work at my current job he told me they did everybody like that and that the best route would be a lawsuit. Worst experience with a dealership ever unprofessional customer support/service and I will be proceeding with a lawsuit against udrive of reading if Im not accommodated for my stuff that was stolen from my car and the money I spent trying to fix a broken car that was sold to me like that.

      ******, I have read through all of the notes from the correspondences on your account. What I am seeing is that the vehicle was a repo due to non-payment. You called in and scheduled a time to go to the dealership to pick up your belongings which were stated as clothes and car parts, you didn't show. All of the proper steps were taken on this account and they are all documented as well.

      To start, I bought a car from this companys location in *******, **(which is closed now). Their payment acceptance company is out of state. I tried calling 2x over the course of the first month to make my first payment and both times the same woman answered, stating my info wasnt entered yet, it was an issue on their end and I wouldnt have any problems. Then I get a call 10 days after my first bill date saying Im late and there would be a fee. I explained the situation to the rep and obviously wasnt charged a late fee. They constantly change and lie about their business hours. I pay every bill on time, and for some reason they randomly started sending paper bills. I was also told by a family member that also purchased at the ******* location, since they closed, they no longer uphold their warranty and you dont get reimbursed for paying for that. This company is shady and doesnt hold up their end of their contract. This company has been nothing but problematic since I purchased the vehicle.

      I am lot liable for this debt with U drive acceptance corporation. The debt has been cleared and is still showing on my credit report as an unpaid debt. Many attempts have been made to creditor to remove the account but nothing has changed. The account is reflecting poorly and is hindering me from getting another auto loan and or vehicle until it is removed.

      I purchased a car from Best Buy imports on 5/23/20 in ************. I was required to place a down payment which I did of 2500 which 1700 went to tax and tags. The car cost ***** which was finance by U drive as buy here pay here. As I coming up on the end of my payments . They transferred my account to a place called *********. They do not have a website other than pay me. I asked several times for validation from both companies Zinc and U drive with no avail. The salesman never reported my down payment and Ive made 44 payments at 300 and the 2500 totaling over ***** They sent an invoice with charges I was not aware of and forged my signature. Y drive has since erase all my login so I cant verify anything. Please advise I have all payment records. I believe Im finished the loan and want my title. Im making a complaint with Attorney general as well.

      We were this customers finance company when he bought, we sold his account to another finance company named ******************. in June 2023 we then transferred all necessary paperwork and titles to this company we no longer have ******* title he would need to contact Zinc ************ theyre located at ******************************************************.       I got this car on April 15, 2023. Ever since I got the car I've been having problems with it. There were multiple times I had to keep taking the car back to the dealership because something was wrong with it. The mechanic kept stating there was nothing wrong with the car however the car kept shutting off on me in the middle of me driving. There were times I didn't feel safe in driving the vehicle due to it not wanting to crank up or shutting off on me. Again I kept expressing to them that something was wrong with the car. I haven't drove the car since September of 2023 because it shut off completely. While i was trying to get the car fixed i still had to try to pay the car payments, most times i was unable to. I had a mechanic come look at the vehicle and he stated I blew a head gasket because the car was running hot. He also said I wouldn't have known that because i don't have a meter on my car that tells me hot or cold. So, due to that the car ran hot and the head gasket blew. Now i have to come up with $700-$1500 to get it fixed. I no longer want this car because I'm very unhappy with the results.

      ************************ consistently paid past due until we finally picked the car up, She also did not pay her deferred down payment. I have no documentation in the account regarding repairs or mechanical issues I can send in the texts between her and our collectors that I have on file nothing mentioning repairs being needed besides a water pump and a tune up back on 11-29-2023. Other than that when she found out vehicle was out for repo bc she didnt keep her arrangements this is the text that was sent  I would like documentation of mechanical issues before changing anything as far as credit reporting bc all I am seeing is the inability to be able to keep up the payments and that being the reason the vehicle was picked up, this is an email from her when it got to far behind to be able to keep her in the vehicle.

      CUST EMAILED "SO THERE IS NO WAY I CAN PAY $400 ON THE 30TH? *** BEEN TRYING TO WORK WITH **** AS WELL AS PUTTING OUT MONEY TO GET THIS *** FIXED. I HAVENT USED THE *** SINCE SEPTEMBER OF LAST YEAR. I CALLED THE OFFICE AND THEY TOLD ME TO CALL THE *************** TO GET MY WARRANTY TO TAKE IT TO A MECHANIC. HOWEVER, THE *************** COULDNT GIVE ME A COPY OF IT BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE A COPY OF IT. THEREFORE, *** BEEN PUTTING OUT MONEY TO HAVE SOMEONE TO LOOK AT THE *** AND TRY TO FIX IT. IVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE *** SINCE I OBTAINED THIS ***. BUT I WAS TRYING TO HOLD ON TO IT AND KEEPING UP WITH THE PAYMENTS AS I WENT. SO, BY THAT BEING SAID THE *** IS AT *******************************************************************************. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AS WELL.       I am rejecting this response because:
      I spoke to ***** which is the person I went through for the car. I still owed $400 for my car but she was willing to work with me until I can pay it. As it stated something happened with my bank account like I told her so I was able to give her $200. I still owed the company $200. Again she was willing to work with me. However, my car kept having problems and I had to constantly take it to the shop. There mechanic kept telling me and them there was nothing wrong with the car. My car cut off on me In the middle of a turning lane AFTER I just revived it back from the dealership. I called her on 3 way with my mother because I didnt feel safe bringing it back up there in fear it will cut off again on me in the middle of me driving back there. I made ON TIME payments when I first brought the car. The PAST DUE payments didnt happen until the car STOPPED working. I havent drove my car since September of 2023. If you need to pull the videos from the dealership do that. I kept having to take it up there because SOMETHING WAS ALWAYS WRONG WITH IT. I even cried to ***** at the dealership inside because NOBODY could tell me whats wrong with my car. The only thing the mechanic could tell me was theres nothing wrong. So yes Im rejecting this response because there was a problem with this car since the moment I received it. I didnt start back paying it due to it being in a state of Repo. I was sick for a whole month in May and wasnt working. So when I got started back working, I was trying to catch up on the payment. Again I told ***** the situation in person when I saw her to pick up my car. Now the company not having any records about anything wrong with the car they need to contact the people that ran the dealership. Like I said if you need to pull videos from the dealership than do that. Im not sure why there are no records of it.

      I purchased a 2014 **** escape on 11/10/22, I had a warranty on the car and weekly my antifreeze kept going low. I took the car twice where they stated my cap was not right and it was evaporating. On the second time they replaced the cap and I was still having an issue. I called them and they gave me complete attitude and disrespect, I took it back in and they did a diagnostic and they seen that on the one wall there was a crack where antifreeze was leaking in and they stated I needed a whole new motor. I waited months and months and NUMEROUS phone calls to have this replaced since I was still under my warranty. They never fixed the issue then on July 15th my entire transmission went out, I called them again and they gave me the run around. I filed a complaint with the attorney general where after they received a letter from them that they reached out to me. They towed my car and I had to go get a rental from there. They never fixed my motor but they replaced my transmission. My coolant still leaks to this day where I have to fill it weekly. My transmission still slips and I came to get my car inspected and the bolts on my transmission werent even fully tightened and my transmission has still been slipping since they even replaced this transmission!! Ive had nothing but issues with my car and they never wanna fix anything under warranty but give you disrespect and the run around! I went to go back there and now I noticed theyre closed permanently!! This is insanity. I basically been sold a lemon and all I wanted was a decent car.

      I bought a car from this company on 8/16/2023 and I have not yet received registration I called the corporation to ask. When are they going to send it and they never respond they send me straight to voicemail. I dont think its fair for me to pay for a car. Im not gonna be able to drive without a registration. I dont believe the amount for the car is not worth what it is because there was problems with it, which they never said because if so, I wouldnt have got it now The location where I got it from is no longer there anymore. The corporation could ask me for money save my information is expired which I pay every month. They want their money, but not going to give me any registration or work on a car with the warranty I have a the corporation sends me straight to voicemail now they dont answer my call. I actually talk to the *** the first time and he just hung up on me now all I get is a message saying when my payment is due and have not got a registration whatsoever. it didnt even have a safety omission sticker front struts were bad no battery hold down no engine filter no cabin filter told me to replacement lights come to in a pair. They only replaced one. I try to go back, but they already closed down and wasnt there anymore and I had to replace it myself.

      I bought a 2017 Jeep Patriot from there ******* ************ location but they closed for good. I make the payments to UDrive Acceptance Corporation and thats who I report to now. I bought the Jeep July 20th of this year. They gave me a temporary registration that expires today which is October 18th so now I cant legally drive the Jeep. I emailed them and texted them regarding my issue last week and received no response. When I called the lady had an attitude and said the manager was looking into it last Friday. Now I spent all this ,only cant drive the Jeep starting tomorrow. Ive heard from others including my niece regarding registration not being properly filled. Now it is going on a week with no solution. I just want a refund so I can go to a reputable dealer where I dont have to worry about paperwork not be filled correctly. My niece drove for 9 months without the correct registration and a dealer plate and was pulled over twice already by the police. I need the Jeep to get to work and now I have to find a ride because the registration expired and Im not risking my license.

      Once it has been submitted to PENNDOT, we have no way of knowing or checking the status, or when the registration will be completed.

      As I understand it, the customer will receive a copy of the registration in the mail, and UDAC will receive a copy of the registration as the lien holder.

      They havent reached out to me in weeks regarding the registration, just about making a payment. Theres no reason for the Jeep not to be correctly registered when I had it since July. I just want to cut ties with them and give them the vehicle back like I messaged them and they didnt respond. Theres no communication on there part. Im already going elsewhere to find another vehicle. The *** is the one that told me the paperwork was never sent originally and that was weeks ago.I l texted and emailed them regarding this matter to get no response. The Jeep has been parked in front of my house since the registration expired and they turned it off with some type device in the vehicle.

      So, I did this complaint within PA however because my loan for my car is through the corpation. I found out in the last two weeks that the dealership they had in *********** ** was offically closed. However, when you get the loan and have the car your warranty is added in the loan. So I took muy car to a mehanic that was willing to fix my car the right way. Well they did one claim through the warrany. In the process of that My car because now not even with ****** miles on it ended up with a check engine light on so I had to pay out of pocket for a part that would have been covered on the warranty however when I called to get it covered I was informed by the *************** they no longer is dealing with udrive and that my warranty was not valid. Not only did that upset because not only did i get informed as a customer that the place i bought my car from was offically closed but my warranty was no longer valid. I was not called, emailed or even had a text sent to me about it. So for me I feel they would have kept charging me for it. I did call the place where I make my payments. Well when you call and express your concerns you get nothing but rudness from the head person i wont say his name but he is very rude and ignorant to customers whether they pay their car payments. I tried to ask question and express my concerns. Well he finally put in for my warranty to be cancelled but in this process I am out of 810 dollars not knowing my warranty wasn't valid however when I called back to make sure my money was refunded. Not only they didn't do a new loan agreement but they put the the money all the way at the end of loan instead of doing it in the beginning of the loan to give their customers credit of not paying because of their mistakes of not informing their customers of the situation especially about the warranty. The guy through the payment center said straight out they weren't calling everyone to inform them what is that about we should have been informed I know I wanted to be informed.! Unprofessional And they only credited me 1500 out of 2700. I also left a voice mail to be contacted back by this manager no return call neither

      This customer has called us several times regarding the warranty on the vehicle.  UDrive of Reading did go out of business and once she informed us that she wanted to cancel the warranty we did so on her behalf. We received a calculation amount of $1,524.30 from Buckeye/MVP and applied that as a principal only payment so the refund would not be applied towards interest. We do not have access to any other claims ************** may have filed that were already paid out from the warranty company. UDrive of Reading did not have the manpower to contact each customer who purchased a vehicle to inform them the owner decided to close the business. As customers continue to call customer service, we have been informing them of the closure.

      The reason why I am rejecting this complaint is because UDrive is a whole you guys knew that UDRIVE in Reading was closed and that as a responsibility as a company that information should have been provided with letter or call or even email at least. Them closing caused the customers not have no warranty on our vehicles and that should never happen like that because it was embarrassing and hurtful that when my car was being worked on and I went to find out about to parts that then needed to replace immediately that when the *************** had to tell. So not only did i have to pay out of pocket for the parts of a no longer valid warranty. The fact that when i called you guys about this the rudeness of wondering why. Like it should be your responsibility to reach out to the customers to inform them over this information especially if a person like me didn't call i would have been paying on a warranty that wasn't valid. Me asking questions to valid questions is nothing wrong with that however the refund was more less forced because there was no other warranty offered to me then instead of giving customers credit for this mess up on car payments you guys immediately put on the principle. My issue because you guys knew about this udrive closing which meant the warranty as well and not informing customers to prepare money wise that we now got to make payments to the mechanics that day in the middle of me finding this out at the last minute i had no warranty i am out of 810 dollars because of this lack of information not provided. At the end of the day, if a customer doesn't make a car payment their car gets disabled, but you guys can't even take the time out to inform their customers there is calling, email, or even a letter sent out if you don't have the manpower to make all the calls. Another thing the rudeness we get when call in to speak about all this is not okay you guys might give us the loans but the rudeness about the mess up should not even happen. at all cause we as customers make the actual payments.
