6/20/22 and 6/20/22 account #****** invoces ****** & ****** They set up an account without my permission and never confirmed I was in their system. They came out did 3 treatments without my permission. They set me up on an account that I never ok'ed. I use another company in town. They then expect you to pay them because they did the work, without confirming. **************** lady was very rude when confronted on their miss handling of customers and not confirming the customer is in there system. Her statement to me was they are not mind readers. She talked over me and would not let me explain anything. She hung up on me 4 times.Business response

We received a phone call from customer on 6/17/22 at 8:13 a.m. - customer discussed and requested lawn care service and pest control service with our representative. She informed us that the chiggers were bad throughout whole lawn and wanted us to take care of it as soon as possible. She also stated she would be prepaying for both programs. We did provide lawn service to the customer on 6/20/21. We did the pest service on 6/21/22. All of our company vehicles have our company name on them. Our employees also have uniforms with company name. As the customer has shown in the attachments; our paperwork too has our company information. We at no time misled the customer that we were her other company. We were not aware she was getting service from another company until she called back and let us know. We apologized for the misunderstanding and have cancelled her account going forward. We are happy to work out a payment plan for the services requested by customer and provided by our company.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: They did not confirm that I was there customer when I called I had just been in a car accident a week before. I have not used them for service. They could have told me I was not one of their service customers. When I asked them to tell **** my sprayer to let me know when he was coming because I have to unlock my gates they never told me that **** was not one of their employees, leading me to believe that they would send him. They never indicated to me that he was not one of their employees. I am willing to pay for the weed spray but I am not willing to pay for 3 other services I did not ask for. They charged me for a spring lawn application I I did not ask for, I already had one from **** with Greenway in May. Charged me for a grub application I already had from **** with ******** in May, I did not ask for. Charged me for an insect control and a weed control also. 2 days later they sent a guy out again and he was never able to get into my yard because the gates were locked therefore he could not spray. So how did he spray when he had not access. On another note the weeds the say they say they sprayed for have not been taken care of because they are still coming ** in my yard.

We recently did have an employee named ****. Customer requested lawn service and pest (stated the chiggers were really bad.) We did the services the customer requested. We are willing to work out payment plan for the services completed.

I am rejecting this response because: I will pay for the weed control but I am not paying for other services that I did not ask for. I still have weeds all over my yard that were never taken care of.

We will accept payment for the weed control along with 1/2 of payment for pest application. customer did request the service and in addition asked for extra spray for chiggers. As stated previously; we are willing to set up a payment plan with the customer.Customer response

Sincerely, I will accept this under one condition I get new billing and the cost is half of the insect control which would be $70.43...and $140.85 for weed control ...I need a new billing sent out for the new amount.
