    9/23/2023: Previewed beds(Bed1.JPEG). 9/25/2023: **************** ******** Air base. $2,084.36. 10/02/2023: bed/base arrive at ****'s. 10/04/2023: pick-up bed/base 10/19/2023: called Karls about bed is too hot (we slept w/o topper first week/then tried topper but was still hot) They only suggested to remove topper. They said we had to wait 30 days to exchange. 10/22/2023: back to Karls to order new bed. We laid on a high-end bed (Bed2.JPEG) During this visit, owner admits that he recalls us saying several times at our first visit how we wanted a cool-rated bed. So why didnt he inform us the first bed we picked with a supportive pillow-top was not rated cool at all? Mattress did NOT have a single snowflake on it despite floor advertising flyer with one snowflake (false advertising). They sold us the wrong bed and failed to listen to our specific needs as a customer for the ****** trial period. 11/19/2023 - we took first bed back to Karls and picked up the 2nd bed. 12/01/2023: called Karls during lunch to inform of our disappointment with 2nd bed. The owner's wife was very negative on the phone saying "Are you kidding me? It cannot be returned, it was a one and done exchange. We threw away the first bed!" I told her we were never told we couldn't return the 2nd bed. 12/04/2023: owner called 3 days later to repeat same one and done message and it could not be returned for a refund. I told him we were never told that information otherwise we would not have spent more money on a bed we cannot return after trying it out. On their website, ***************************************************, special ordered items have a 25% non-refundable deposit and, to us, is equivalent to a recycling fee when returning an item. We have the box/plastic because we thought we were still doing trial period. If we had been told that we cannot return the 2nd bed on 10/22/23, we would NOT have taken the risk on paying an additional $1,444.50. NOTE: We will keep the base $799. Amount OWED to us =$2,047.40

    We are a school (approximately **** students), who purchased a stackable washer/dryer a little over a year prior for one of our elementaries. So, no it's not under warranty anymore but contacted ****'s to fix the "squirrel cage" in the dryer. This was the only part needed. Technician shows up without the correct tools, tries using a channel lock we had on a shelf. Said tech then proceeds to round ************, since the correct tool wasn't being used. This process then ruins the shaft of the motor. #1 motor comes, the same tech comes and wires it incorrectly which ruins the motor. Motor #2 is ordered, comes in, same technician, this time it is decided the new motor is "bad". Technician then decides a new wiring harness needs to be ordered along with Motor #3. Technician stops back, decides it needs an additional new part. We contacted the local business multiple times, we are told the technician is new and still learning. Mind you this process has been going on for 4 1/2 MONTHS. We talked with the local manager in person, "well, we are doing all we can do" NO offer to bring in a unit to be used in the meantime for our 4+ month inconvenience. We contacted the corporate office, basically received the same answer and were told we should contact the manufacturer of the machine and see if there is a different technician in our area. Remember we purchased this from our local ****'s. We are the 2nd biggest employer in our town. We asked if we should seek the fix with someone else and no longer do business with our local business?? The reply was "if that is what you feel you need to do" This is concerning for the future of the local ****'s. We are left with a unit in multiple pieces and not working. Word will pass quickly. So the final take away was ****'s no matter locally or corporate wise has any concerns for the quality of service they are providing or "taking care of their customers' '. Advice for those personally or a business owner. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ****'S!!
