On the evening on April 29th, 2022, I contacted Matt Construction via email regarding an update on the removal of a dead tree from their rental property in ***************. (They, ***** -the owner, had previously reached out to his renter for our contact information as they shared would need to enter our property to remove the dead tree from their rental house property. My husband did make contact with ***** but had not heard an follow up for months so, I reached out on 4/29/2022). *****, from ****, responded to the email on 5/3/2022 stating "***** wants to know which tree you are referring to?" She noted in the email the large tree is not on Matt Construction Property. I responded via email on 5/3, 5/9 & 5/10 and have yet to receive a response back. I have also called Matt Construction Office twice - left a message requesting a call back & the 2nd time actually spoke to with ***** and she was going to leave ***** a note on his desk "as he was out pouring concrete." I shared that they initiated this conversation overall about tree ************* I can't get anyone from their office to speak further about it. I would like the dead tree removed asap because it damages my house. Thank you! ***********************Business response

This complaint is filed incorrectly against Matt Construction, **** as it is not the owner of the property involved in this matter. *********** that does own the property involved is owned by the same owners as Matt Construction, ****. It is aware of the ongoing disagreement regarding which property the tree in question is located on. It was understood at the last contact with the complaintant that she was planning to have the property surveyed to make a final determination as to the lot line location. We are awaiting those results.
There is no job for Matt Construction, **** to finish *********** the complaintant about. Again, Matt Construction, **** is not the responsible party in this matter and therefore should not be subject to nor have it's standing or reputation called into question for it.
