On Sept 16th (Sat) ordered 2 subs online Order #D62B5C2F-B6 (payment approval #******) about noon, when arrived to pick up the store was closed I waited with a few others for about 30 minutes for it to open, it did not. Went home left a complaint with Subway via website about this and received a response from ********************* apologizing "the store was not open during posted hours". I called the store about 5:50pm and explained what happened, employee said a refund via credit to credit card was given. I inquired why the stored was closed and was told due to staffing issue. I waited 8 business days with no refund posting to my card account. Sept 27 (Weds) I called the store and ******* said she'd talk with boss and call me back - I received no call back. I called back the following day (Thurs) to check up and was again told "Yup she refunded your card yesterday." Oct 4th (Weds) I stopped at the store, about 10am, and an employee called ******* and he was told to give me ********* # and I should call her directly. Upon arriving home I called ******* and left voicemail asking about refund and to call be back. I called back about noon and got a busy signal then received a call immediately from ******* stating she was "talking with her boss and would call me back later" and again she did not. Today Oct 5th (Thurs) I called ******* again and left voicemail stating I was calling about my refund. I believe I've given them enough chances to make this right and they seem to stonewalling me. As of 3:34 pm Oct 5th (Thurs) there's not been a credit from this store for my sandwichs I did not receive Please help. Thanks ****
