Management is very laid back. Kids play in the hallway until midnight-1am, reported several times, and nothing is done about it. People disrespect you by removing your laundry from the washer/dryer and putting it where they feel like it. Parking is hard to find as there are homeless people sleeping in the parking lot and cars that do not work and are without plates that never move. Shady people hanging around the area. Dogs without leashes that attack either other animals (my dog was attacked). When you report maintenance concerns they charge you for it ($100 for plumber due to a clog in the drain 30 ft in caused by another unit) and I was required to pay it even though I escalated it for months - I was told "it just falls on deaf ears". They also rummaged through my cupboards and used my vinegar (all of it) to use in the drain. It is also mouse and roach infested. Not lightly - heavily infested. You hear them in the walls and see roaches non stop all day. When I first moved in I was told a mouse escaped from an upstairs unit - after I caught 20 mice myself I was finally told they had a mice problem. Pest control comes in and doesn't do anything - just states that you need to clean up the droppings because that's where the problem stems from. I've asked for bait boxes, for holes to be addressed, and just told it's my fault for not moving ALL of my furniture to clean mouse droppings on a weekly/monthly basis. Laundry cards are only loadable in the office - and 9 times out of 10 when you try to go and load it the office is locked. My dishwasher hasn't worked since the day I moved in - despite reporting it and maintenance stating it was fixed. Water leaks from 3rd floor and they do nothing to clean it up or dry it - so there is probably mold in the walls. Do not recommend. Run from these apartments
