Bike World **** is the bar for all other bike shops should strive. Of their four locations I frequent the **** location where I have met with engaging staff that listen and then assess the needs of each customer with respect to that customer's BI-Q. What I mean by BI-Q is that not all customers share the same level of cycling knowledge and its been my experience and observation that the employees of Bike World **** quickly assess each customer's BI-Q and speak respectfully to them at a level of knowledge that best articulates information in a manner that particular customer understands - something I can directly relate to due to my need to do the same in my line of work (regulatory compliance). The staff at the **** location are full of biking experience as they all ride themselves, this level of customer service goes for store management, the sales staff and mechanics. The manager of the **** location has been with Bike World for decades and if he is an example of the how Bike World in **** operates, then I am confident that all Bike World location operate in a similar manner with the same level of commitment to their customers. Of course as a business, Bike World wants to sell bikes, however they don't simply sell bikes for the sake of a sale, they present customers with the options that best suit the customers riding needs or wants.Bike World's tag line states that they are a company that "Supports the Sport" and they do exactly that through their efforts and support for the people who ride.
