January 10,2024 I was looking for a trike motorcycle. I stumbled onto an add for a can am spider through a company that was working through ***************. With shipping it was supposed to be $*****. I sent ***** to company with my Cash app account to a *********************************. **** app notified me April 1st that he would not return my money. ****************** was my contact at this company. After telling them I have no more money for delivery and whatever else they were trying to get. They stopped the delivery to my house. So I filed for refund. That consisted of 90 days wait time. My time ended May 10th and alls I am getting is a date change. Every time it has gotten to the date it changes to a later date. I need my money back. In the time this company has been not releasing my money. My wife has gone to the hospital for stage 4 cancer. We knew she has it. Between parking additional fees not covered by insurance. My account is needing help. So I would like to get the money back in a timely manner. Like say tomorrow. Just kidding. But I do want it back quickly because they have way passed the time to pay m we back. Now it's more of a necessity than a want. I was looking at trike motorcycles in January of this year. They had a great price for a Can Am Spyder. The whole thing was 1,ooo with delivery. So I cash apped ******************************* 1000. Within a week they call me and tell me its here but it will cost 3000 more to get it to my door. I tell them I don't have it. So I never got to see or touch the bike I filled out my return paper work and start calling every week about my return. They tell me to wait till May 10th that would be 90 days for the return. My contact has been *************************** the entire time minus when sent the original 1000. It is now May 11, 2024. They are telling me it will be next week sometime. Everytime we get to the date given to me. They come up with another date to take care of it. I am disabled and my wife has stage 4 cancer. There is no stage 5. So I need this money back more than you know. I just want my money back. I also want to warn any body that is thinking of doing business with these crooks to change their mind. Cause I told them about my wife's condition. And there was no response because they were busy probably cheating someone else of their money. Please help me as soon as you read this. Thank you.
