date: 12-13-2022 I had my eyes checked, wonderful doctor. I went out to look at glasses and found the frames I wanted. I was quoted $423.20 with an extra 20% taken off. We also talked about the lenses, single or progressive, the DR. had said progressive would be best for me, I told her I never got use to them the last time I had progressive. The girl said that it may take a couple weeks to get use to them and that it was ok if I didn't, they would try something else, I asked if it would cost to try bi-focals, she said no, we won't have to pay for the new ones, some kind of thing with the place they got the lenses. wanted to be sure that I really wanted glasses. When I was sure, I went back:2-13-23 Went in to get glasses. The girl I spoke to didn't seem to be around, so I had to speak with someone else. This woman worked very hard to find frames that would fit me. She looked at the prescription and the information on how much it would be on the Eye glass prescription. This time it was, $520.20. Since I had decided on glasses, I paid it. I tried them for nearly a week and a half once I received them. Every time I stood up and walked around with them on, I got dizzy. I tried removing them each time I walked around the house, this worked but didn't help me see when I wasn't wearing them. So, I went back, they said bifocals would be much better for me, he checked where to put the line and it seemed ok, so he ordered them. I got the glasses back and was told to try them for the weekend. The line was in the middle of my eyes, but the girl I saw this time said they were perfect. I couldn't see. Finally, I asked my husband to take them back. He did and they told him that they would not take them back or refund the money. I had spent too much time crying over this and driving in to get new ones. I wanted to go elsewhere and get single vision. They said they were ******* money on these glasses already. The first girl said it never cost them when they send them back. ??? I don't want these glasses anymore and for a while not from anyone.Business response

We have settled this with the customer. We have reordered her glasses and refunded her the difference of the glasses. She is happy with the new glasses.Customer response
