  Back around May of 2022 **** from extreme roofing and siding was contracted to go ahead and side our house to the fact that it was being repaired from damage from the hail storm his people did the very poor job and wrap the house correctly they took out two of the vents in the Attic area and put back only one which is causing black mold and health problems in the house they ended up stealing products that were ordered for the house as soon as the products were delivered they were dispersed in the two other trucks and ended up going to God knows where we have a box of caulking that should have went on our house and only four tubes went on our house deciding is not properly fixed to the house deciding was told to us that it would be 5 mm and it turned out they put 3 mm paper hidden siding on the house what they took off was thicker and of a better quality deciding is not been put on correctly we've contacted the manufacturer they agree I sent **** some text that he feels are threatening and what I told him was that I would go ahead and do my best to flush his company down the toilet if he didn't repair the damage and replace the materials that he and his people stole and also we paid $12,700 for the total job I feel that half of that should be refunded since the job has to be completely redone all the whole total house I have not heard from **** I have not gotten a receipt from **** **** basically has done this kind of job for other people as well is a rip off with a golden tongue I've talked to the register of contractors they agree and I am at the point right now to where if this cannot be resolved the next step is to take cake and extreme Roofing to court I am now in contact with other agencies both federal and state since I have not heard anything from **** and since he basically ripped us off this business should be shut down and it should be criminally prosecuted after the Better Business Bureau is done refereeing this problem thank you!

  At this time **************** has not contacted Xtreme Roofing & Siding about his complaints or issues with his siding.  We ask that *************** contact Xtreme Roofing & Siding at ************ and speak to our projects manager so that we may discuss what his issues are with the quality of the product, install, and that we will work with **************** to to correct any mistakes that he may think is wrong with the siding.  We ask that ****************  refrain from derogatory, and threatening remarks towards our company, the manufacturer, our sales reps and/or our sub contractors. Again, **************** can contact Xtreme Roofing & Siding at ************ and ask to speak to our Projects Manager.

  I am rejecting this response because: we contacted **** and we had a delivery of a piece of sheetrock that day and **** said that he sent up a guy by the name of *************** who we were warned about being a federal convict from the register contractors he and another unidentified mail had been at our house when we were not here and in fact left one of their patents it's a ********* typewriting pen and it was found on the side of our house **** said there's nothing wrong with our house I sent you the text and if anybody's talking about derogatory and nasty marks it's **** right now I've reported to the ************************ that he took $12,900 in cash he demanded cash and that he never gave us the receipt he says there's nothing he can do we've contacted ************************** that's the company that built the stuff that's on our house we showed him the pictures of it they said the whole entire job was improperly installed and they would not warranty it so therefore the whole entire house has to be redone well it also needs another vent put in but we have black mold now I don't feel contacting company one being comfortable contacting him two they don't give a **** three they've had their chances to come out here and fix it and the only reason they're doing so anything is because I found with the federal government and I filed with you all and as far as I'm concerned I want to complete refund or we're going to go to court and I'll let the judge or jury decide when I pull on the back and the whole back siding comes right off the house he shorted out two electrical wires that could have caused fires we can't use two lights in our house because of the length of the nails that he used and then the wrong nails this is another reason why the siding manufacturer has given us a letter stating that they will not warranty the job whatsoever not at all they said it's been improperly installed and whoever did it did not know what they were doing in closing I think the chamber very much so far if their business etiquette was better but the problem is it's from what I understand Superior Building is in the process of contacting all the other jobs and the register of contractors is also because of the scale of the scope of the complaint getting ready to contact all the jobs that **** did and the building department in ********** is not happy that he's not filing for permits so they're going to go back and back permit him and back find them for every job that he didn't do a permit for that's why they said the building inspector is there and they said that **** is working under the radar and I have ***** at ************ and ***** is with the register of contractors that also has numerous files on complaint angel *********************** is the name of the man that he warned us about he said you need to watch out because he has a very extensive criminal background and I said well maybe that's why when our stuff was delivered they split it up into two white trucks and took off and that stuff was never used on their house in fact we've got unfinished work here so it's a bold-faced lie because you've got the text right there in my submission of evidence that I've told **** everything I've told you here that in other words it was not acceptable to the company that made the product it was not acceptable to us and we were told the entire house needed to be completely stripped and it needed it completely redone because even the underwrapping has been done wrong and that's what's causing the black mold in the house to where I might have to leave the house because my lungs are full of black mold right now and I'm on my 11th course of antibiotics for my doctor and they're going to hospitalize me and that's why I'm getting an attorney if we don't straighten it out right here right now with a BBB and get a complete refund
