            We signed up with Heffron to apply 3 coatings of dust control on our gravel road in front of our house. They came and sprayed and almost immediately the dust control did not work. I called to ask them to fix it, and said they could not do that. So I asked for a refund, for at least the other 2 coatings, and she said they cannot do that either as we have a contract. To which I replied, a contract for dust control which is not working in the slightest. I again asked for them to either fix it or refund my money. She said no and hung up on me. I called back to give her a chance to fix the problem or refund and she declined again. Looking on ****** and other rating websites, looks like I am not the only one that has this problem. This company is ripping people off and selling an inferior product. If you need documentation of the payment I can send a copy of the cleared check. $595

            Our neighborhood spent nearly $5000 on dust control for about **** linear ft of country road. These guys applied it during a two day rain even going through mud. Nevertheless, our dust control washed away and was just as dusty as before a week after the application. We are beyond frustrated with **** and he couldn't care less. Do not use their services!!!! Wish I could leave no stars!!!
