On 12/18/21, I ordered a Carhartt sweatshirt on a preorder for $65.99 from Mama Llamas Barn out of **************. After numerous emails back and forth, 3 months after ordering, I did choose option #1 to wait and receive my product. After not receiving the product, I emailed the owner again and was told that refunds are being started (July 16th). After not receiving a refund in the quoted time, I reached out again in September and she ordered the product for the 3rd time. I still havent received the product nor a refund as stated that I would. I reached out multiple times after our September conversation. She then gave me store credit in November. I never chose that option. I chose to get a refund back onto the original payment method. I am filing this complaint in regards to not receiving my item AND not receiving a refund onto the original payment method as stated in an email (July and September) and also for the lack of communication with the owner of this business. I have emailed multiple times and it takes longer than her ***** business hours to get a response back, if I even get one. I am filing this to get my money back from the business. ** I do have more supporting documents from our email conversation but Im not able to upload every email. Im emailing in regards to my case complaint #********. The case has been resolved on my end with the business and I received an appropriate monetary refund.
