This order was returned to sender by the **** due to an incorrect address. A refund was issued minus the shipping charge once the items were received back at our facility.

Here is a copy the most recent email sent to the customer on Dec. 6th:

      ---

We received the returned items back yesterday (12/5) and processed your refund this morning. $45.49 has been credited back to your PayPal account. This is the original order total of $55.04 less $9.55 for shipping.

Our accounting folks pulled up the Nov ***************** PayPal's website. PayPal's transaction ID for that order is: 70T07998DW791721V. I've attached a screenshot from PayPal showing the address was *********************. That's where we shipped the original package.

If you log into PayPal.com and review your payment history, you should see this same address for that transaction.

I asked our IT **** how this could happen? Their response:

      > PayPal offers website merchants two paths when checking out: 1) You can use PayPal for the entire checkout process -or- 2) You can use PayPal for only the payment collection. Premier uses only #2, meaning users need to enter their addresses (or use a previously saved address) when completing an order on Premier's website. Why does PayPal shows "Confirmed" next to the wrong address? We aren't sure. PayPal would need to answer that.

I apologize for the hassle. I know you didn't get the items you wanted when you wanted them. But I'm not sure what else we could have done. We tried to deliver the original shipment where we were instructed to send it.

The order you placed on Monday (12/4) was shipped via **** yesterday (12/5), including the sharpened items. The tracking # is **********************. I can confirm it was shipped to *********************** Please let me know if you don't get it in the next couple of days.

On or around May 10, 2022, weplaced an order for ***********************, with Premier 1 Supplies, for 20 Qflex 1.5 tags item #******, order # ********. Our Customer ID is ************ order was for 20 tags, customized to have the #*****, on all 20 tags. The order recieved was sequenced from ***** to *****. To understand these tags were ordered for our flock of sheep, and our Flock # is *****. Therefore, every tag needed to have the same # of *****. Prior to placing the order, as in hitting pay now. I kept changing the customization from *****-*****, to ***** to *****.We received the tags on Saturday the 21st of May, and I immediately called and emailed Premier 1 Supplies about the incorrect #s on the tags.I was told by ****, that the system does not allow the customer to input the same numbers, and that basically they printed what was ordered. So now I have 19 tags of 20 that are useless, and was told I can place another order, and pay for the new order, when I already placed and paid for the order, in which was wrong when I received it. I am very upset that Premier 1 Supplies, knows the system doesn't allow the customization on an item that is clearly labeled as custom tags. We are out $20 some dollars, which isn't much money, but it's the principle of the matter.Premier 1 Supplies needs to do better in this situation.

I apologize for the confusion. Ear tag customization is tricky.

Its unclear if you need official Scrapie ear tags (part of the **** program), or basic management ear tags?

If Scrapie, the **** has strict requirements with regards to the imprinting. We are required to follow Federal and State regulations for officially identifying sheep and goats.

The male side can have up to 2 lines of imprinting of your choice (or can be blank). But the Female side must have the official flock # and a separate, but unique, animal ID number for each tag.

Premiers website does attempt to warn the user when the animal ID portion (the sequence) is out of bounds. This is why you couldnt input ***** to *****. You can chose any custom alpha-numerical sequence to be shown below your Flock #.

If ordering "management" tags (not Scrapie), then it is possible to imprint the same characters on each tag, even if they are the same. On the website we call this a text line instead of a sequence line. The order we received from you indicated sequence, which is why we incremented the numbers.

If you only need management tags, Im willing to reprint 19 tags with the same text *****" on each tag and send these to you free of charge. But if you need Scrapie tags, we must adhere to the **** rules.

May we call you to help sort it out?
