I ordered and paid for 2 ceramic bisque Christmas trees from the business's representative, *********************************** on Sept 15, 2022. I was told they would ship the following week.Oct 16, 2022 I still hadn't received my items or tracking. I reached out via ******** Messenger to ******* inquiring about my order. He stated it "looks like this week & will update as soon as I can with tracking."Oct 20, 2022 still nothing. Messaged ******* again who stated he was glad I messaged him because he "was having trouble finding messages from customers." ******* stated he would mail my order the following Tuesday(25th) and stated he was on his way to the post office the 19th but dropped the box & broke one of the trees. He stated he would send me tracking the 25th. I messaged him on the 26th with no reply. Then again on the 27th. He stated he was mailing my items, plus an extra tree for my inconvenience, that day..Oct 27th. Oct 30th I messaged him for tracking. He stated he was traveling and couldn't send at that moment but would when he arrived home.All messages since Oct 30th have been ignored and gone unread. I sent a request for the money I paid and he's ignored it as well. I called the store and was told by a man who answered that ******* handles all online orders. I asked how to get in touch with ******* and the man stated ******* had a new phone number and he didn't have it.******* has apparently done this to many other customers according to the ******** page Ceramic Bisque For Sale where I first had contact with him. I just want my money back. I paid a total of $45 for the items that were to be Christmas gifts.
