      I just got a 2013 spark they told me they were checking everything completely out before it even ever left they only focused on the radio they let me leave with a nail in it windshield washer not working and when I hit highway speeds it's making sound like it's in the axel and the sales manager ***** and sales representative ***** is trying to cover up for the unprofessional inspection saying it has to be a coincidence the sales ***************** knew the tire was low before I left the lot so that's proof the nail was in it before leaving I will not remove this until rydell makes everything right I had kids in the vehicle when the vehicle was making the unsafe noise

      They have not repaired the vehicle the driver door has something wrong with it I told them about it they told me it was a loose window but then said the window is fine it's not properly closing the rear window washer still isn't working properly I've said I wanted the owner to contact me and they have not and refuse too

      Our records show that we have addressed the customer complaints that we were aware of.  These include replacing the windshield washer pump, replacing a dome light bulb, checking the window vibration, and patching a tire on November 4th.  We also replaced the vehicles radio on October 21st.  Please tell the customer he can contact our General Manager ******************* to discuss any other issues.

      I am rejecting this response because:They lied and were dishonest the rear window washer pump is still not fixed the driver side door is still not sealing/shutting right they said it was because the window was loose, they never fixed the issue never fixed the rear washer pump and never really inspected the vehicle before it left the lot I have requested the owner to call me or email me I don't want to deal with anymore management lying and backing there employees negligence of lying about inspecting and fixing the problems the tire left with a nail in it the rim apparently was bent the windshield washer pump didn't work at all in the front and didn't work right at all in the rear the driver door isn't sealing they claimed it was the window loose or they were loose but didn't take it out to test if everything that they didn't check is now checked and fixed there is no way they did there job if the vehicle left the lot like the way it is, when I buy a vehicle from a big name lot I expect I can trust the word of what they say the orginal owner was an honest honorable guy now passed down to his kid and has no respect to reach out to a customer that their whole staff lied to for a sale over safety I want to speak to the owner not the general manager
