I placed an order of 1/4 hog in June last year. When I picked the order in June.4th, I only got 2/3 of the order since the owner ****** *********************** said the locker messed up with my order. I fully paid my order that day. The owner said he will get the rest of order and deliver to me later. ****** did give me some sausages which are over 1 year old). After that I tried messaging and calling ***** to when I can expect the rest of my order. Never got call response, rarely text me back. I did not expect that he can deliver my order as he promised, so I offered to drive an hour to pick it up by myself. On Nov.17th, after a few texts and call with leaving messages, ***** texted back said he would get the rest my order. On Dec 30th, after my texts and calling, he texted me back said the locker was try to get my order on 1/2. Then no response as usual, I asked again on 1/5 when I can pick the order up. I asked for partial refund if he can't get the order. Then he got irritated.I kept all the text messages between ***** and me, and I will provide that for you. All the phone calls I make were not responded. If the owner DID have difficulties to get the rest my order, he could just say frankly. It is not appropriate by not respond to my calls and texts.Thank you so much for reviewing this.
