We hired Infinity Construction Group LLC (Zac) to remodel our kitchen on June 14th, 2023. We signed a contract and Paid what he was asking in full. We still do not have a copy of the contract after many attempts of asking for it and him telling us he would mail it. On July 17th, 2023 they came and demoed our current kitchen. By Wednesday of that week everything was gone but our stove and our refrigerator. The rest of that week the employees worked on rebuilding our kitchen. The same Wednesday July 19th Zac came with a layout of the Kitchen and what it was supposed to look like, along with cabinet pictures so we could decide what we wanted. He ordered the cabinets from Lowes and said they will be done in two weeks. Fast forward two weeks and we still have no cabinets, we confront and get the same oh two weeks with an explanation that they are waiting on one cabinet. This repeats until September 6th when his workers start questioning him. Turns out he never ordered the cabinets, he tells his guys we ordered them today they will be here in 2 weeks. This leads us to today Sept 28th, when we find out he ordered and then cancelled our cabinet order. Here we are sitting with no kitchen for a family of 4 for 10 weeks and 3 days. We are at the point now where the owner has been avoiding our phone calls and messages. He has left our family with no running kitchen sink or fully functioning kitchen for way too long. Then to find out he is being charged with multiple counts of fraud and embezzlement. At this point we just want a full refund.
