This vehicle was totaled and paid off and reporting on January **** 30 days behind is NOT correct! This is horrible customer service and totally unacceptable. I am waiting for ************* to cover the rest of the payoff. So by the end of February **** the vehicle will be reported as paid off, how does being 30 days late on my credit report make sense when this is going to be paid off 2 years early? Why would you penalize someone when they are going through the process of dealing with insurance and a totaled car when you know you will get the money?Business response

Hello *****,
I understand your frustration, however there is nothing that we as a company can do to stop credit bureau reporting, when dealing with a total loss or any insurance claim the regular payments on the account are still expected to be received until all claims are settled, dealing with insurance claims takes time and we do everything we can to ensure the process is completed as fast as possible.
