            I bought a new construction home and the screen patio door net was lose causing my baby to fall through the door and hurt her self. Called the builder and explained to them what has happened and took them a month to re screen the door and put it back. The net came lose again and it came out the same area it did last time. Again took about 2-3 weeks to have someone looked at it to make sure the door wasnt Jammed. Was told builder will fix door. After not hearing from builder 2 weeks called this morning only to be told they will not replace it because its our fault that we pushed against the net. I lived in 2 house and multiple apartments that had net doors and this has never been an issue. The builder refuses to fix it again and they never bothered to call me to follow up with us. Every time we try to get hold of them it takes 2-3 weeks for someone to follow up with us. I strongly recommend never do business with this builder. Very poor service. Additionally when we moved it they also gave us very bad sod. Its been now 3 months and front of our yard still doesnt have grass and we water it regular basis. Never do business with this builder again.
