            I have called every day for six months to schedule an appointment. Six months. The phone called be picked up and then just hung back up on. They would answers and ask me to hold then hang up th call about 2 minutes later. Or they would just keep letting the phone ring and ring and ring until it came to voicemail. Then we would ask for a callback to make my appointment. They never would call me back either. But here lately their voicemail has became overflowing with messages that their inbox is full. Finally I got fed up and dialed every number in the directory until someone was able to help me. My appointment was today, and I told my doctor and nurse about them not answering their phone. They both told me they know. It's been an ongoing thing. It would have been very shameful if I was have a medical crisis and needed medical attention from either mental health or physical health. I have been going to *** for 10 years and I have never experienced this kind of stuff from them. Even after my doctor retired and moving buildings. I quite enjoy UCS services. But this is nonsense.
