      Order ID#**** placed on 9/13/21, my credit card was charged on October 14, 2021 for $71.94. As of 12/29/21 I have never received this order. I contacted the company via email on 11/3/21, 11/10/21 and 12/20/21 with no response. I contacted the company via the phone number listed on their website (leaving a voicemail each time) on 11/17/21, 11/22/21 and 12/20/21 with no response.

      I ordered 12 bottles of *********** Golden Touch Lotion costing $143.88. Naturally I had to pay at the time of the order. The order was placed October 25, 2021. I have to order this product because it isn't available in my area now. I have written several emails and have not received a reply. I have also called several times and a person has never answered. They never even say the name of the business but an automated voice asked for my name and then it rings supposedly the area where someone should talk to me about my order. I have only gotten a voicemail recording and I have left my name, the order number, my phone number and when I ordered the product. I've not gotten any reply from them at all.

      I made 2 orders to this company. The first was on August 18th, 2021, transaction # *****************. I never received that order. Thinking the order did not go through, I ordered again September 10th, Order #****. On receiving my bank statement I see I was charged for both orders (***** for the first one and ***** for the second one), through PayPal, but I have not received either order. I've made multiple attempts to call the company but only receive a recorded message. I've left a phone message twice, but they have never returned my call. I've tried to contact them by email, but no response. Both orders were the same: For 6 bottles of Golden Touch Lotion **** fl oz. *********** has effectively stonewalled every attempt I've made to contact them for an explanation.
