    They keep sending threating emails even after payment is made. Spoke to them multiple times about the issue.

    I chose to work with Innovation Refunds based on extensive conversations with their staff and lawyers who promised they had the best track record in their field for working closely with businesses and the *** to not only qualify but quickly get the *** my businesses were eligible for. Im no stranger to the difficulties of dealing with the *** during my 20 plus years in business. I was initially impressed with the service, with their perceived efficiency and diligence getting the necessary information processed and filled. I was assured repeatedly that due to the thoroughness of their professional staff and attorneys the processing of my *** requests for both of my businesses would process quickly. I was repeatedly assured Id likely begin receiving my refunds in 4 months because that was the current timeframe their clients were experiencing. I was told I would be given frequent updates by my Account Manager throughout this process. Its now getting close to a YEAR and I basically get no updates. I have been assigned multiple new Account Managers which I only find out about after making multiple contact attempts through undeliverable emails or phone numbers no longer in existence. After weeks of no longer being able to contact the most recent Account Manager through the information they provided, I end up having to start all over going through their general customer service contact information. This company does not do anything they promise and definitely does not earn the right to the 25% cut they feel ***********. **** sight is 20:20 unfortunately.

    I contracted with Innovation Refunds to handle my business ERC refund with the *** based solely on what they told, sold, and promised me on their ability to track and communicate with the *** on my claim and that they would be with me every step of the way. This could not be further from the truth, it has been a lie and false advertisement. It has been well over a year (Nov, 2022) and they have not been ABLE to, nor do they have the ABILITY to provide any information on my claim status. I have been assigned 3 different Innovation reps over that time. They had me sign a tax guardian form months ago that is suppose to let them be able to talk to the *** about my claim. Nothing. Why wouldn't they have had that signed from the beginning? They did not even notify me that the *** placed a moratorium on processing claims back in September! I found this out in December when I called trying to get a claim status.I have 6 calendar quarters filed for refunds. After 8 months and many calls to the *** I was very fortunate to get an *** rep that took pity on me. She told me my claims had not been assigned to anyone. She actually adjusted 2 of the quarters while I was on hold and sent to processing. She then assigned the remaining 4 to another specialist. I did receive a refund on those 2 claims which I paid Innovation their 25% fee - $36,000.00 for which they did nothing. I did everything.All Innovation has done (and apparently can do) is have initial tax forms prepared and submitted. This not what I was promised or what I signed up for.I want the fee reduced to 10% for the 4 remaining quarters should I ever receive them. That is still a very large sum for simply preparing and filing the claim. They have not lived up to or performed on their commitment.

    Filed my application thru IR last December, 2022. All communication and follow *** ended in April, 2023. They no longer answer calls or emails. Really starting to suspect I was scammed and my refund checks are going elsewhere? So many companies now doing these filings; if I could do it over I would NOT use IR again.

    Took my information and never heard from them again. Initially was contacted by ******************* of innovation refunds. Very pleasant answered all my questions but that's where it stopped, never heard from them again. Promised an evaluation based on the information I sent and never received anything back. Their phone number is loop of false hope....you are next in line then back to the beginning please leave a message. Could not speak to anybody. Left messages, sent emails, made phone calls with not response. Then I tried setting up a new appointment as if I never initially started the process. Innovation refund robot scheduler chimed in immediately. I set up a meeting with ******************************* to discuss the process knowing he would call. Never called. I set up another appointment with ***** for an hour later. Never called. Funny thing is is they took all my company personal data, payroll, 941's **** and then I started getting calls for loans. Pretty clear to me now how they can afford all the advertising is by selling everybody's information.
