Over the winter, I lost heat due to a pipe being installed without the proper curves to prevent freezing. Even though City Wide installed it originally, they still charged me full price to fix the error. For the last couple of years, I have repeatedly had to have crews out to fix water leaking out of the air conditioner. Ive been given every excuse in the book as to why this keeps happening but this last time, they finally figured out that once again, the problem was due to the bad installation of the drip pan. Each time they came out, I was charged to work on their poor installation work. I now have water damage to the cement under the air conditioner and water heater.Business response

We installed the new furnace December 2014. All of our records are under another name... maybe a sister of the customer has filed the complaint?
The first service call was November 2018. The complaint was that the furnace "was not meeting the set temperature". No mention of water issues. The tech replaced the circuit board and inducer motor and flushed the drain trap (flushing the trap is a routine maintenance procedure). The parts were covered under manufacturer warranty and labor collected for $183.38
the second call was the air conditioner, August 2021. The air conditioner was installed in 2006. The tech replaced the failed capacitor and washed the condenser coils (washing coils is routine maintenance). No water issues. Collected amount of $180.79
The third call was January 2022. The complaint was that the furnace was short cycling. Tech found a partially plugged condensate trap (maintenance). He flushed the trap and replaced a small section of vertical pipe for exhaust flue to improve slope. No water issues. Collected $179.49
The fourth call was June 2022. The complaint was "water around the furnace". Tech found the air conditioner evaporator coil sloping backwards away from drain and repaired. Charged $219.35 and not paid as of yet.
We don't understand the "water damage to cement" under the furnace and water heater? The first water issue we had was June 2022 and it was corrected it.
We apologize for any inconvenience. We want our customers to be happy. Therefore, we will waive the current balance of $219.35.
Thank you all for your time.
