      Still waiting for photos that I was promised after 5 months. Website says they will be ready in 8 weeks. She had a hard drive crash with our photos on it which I am understanding of and was willing to wait longer for photos. She provided no updates on the timeline for when she would have them done and I honestly did not get very many more edited photos than the ones she already provided for our sneak peek. It seems like she didnt spend much time and effort trying to make sure we were happy after a long wait. Was very disappointed that the one photo we asked for in a specific outfit was not included either. She said she would fix it and provide us with the photo which she still hasnt done. She even contacted me and said it would be ready today. Well that was 3 weeks ago and I still dont have it and she is no longer responding. Photos are precious memories and I dont think Im ever getting mine. Very heartbroken and disappointed. Honestly just want my money back at this rate.

      This photographer has changed their business location to ****************************************************. I purchased a princess ******* and paid the down payment on February 3, 2022 in the amount of $100 I then had the pictures taken on March 18 and paid the additional $175. I was told we would receive the pictures within two weeks and this did not happen. I then reached out in April and was told that I would have the pictures by the end of the week which also did not happen. I was then told by my daughter-in-law that evidently ******* had technical issues with a hard drive. However, ******* never once reached out to me with this problem I only found out because my daughter-in-law saw it on ********* I reached out again on May 6 and asked about the pictures and was told they would be done by that night. I then asked for a refund on May 14 as I felt more than enough time had passed as it had been two months at this point in time and I did not feel I was going to receive the pictures and there had been a lack of communication. I asked for a refund and was given no response I then sent an email, a Venmo message and posted to the photographers page asking for a refund and I was blocked which indicates to me that this photographer has no plans on giving me a refund that I am due. She has indicated she sent the refund on 16 May and that it would take 5 to 7 days I have given the 5 to 7 days and even gave 5 to 7 business days and two days have not received a refund and the photographer has now blocked all communication with me and is refusing to answer my request for a refund . I did not receive the products and Im requesting a full refund in the amount of $275. Please see the attached

      I waited to respond to see how this would all play out, She has been refunded $275, I gave her a large discount on this shoot, because she basically requested one when she wanted to take up two spots but only pay for one, She brought two of her grandchildren.  She complained about this shoot, not being like the other and the other shoot was $400 a person to be in, again she was given a discount at this shoot too, and the first time I met them she complained about the lighting and it was at her home which was dark and dirty and stuff was everywhere but she expected the same result that was in my studio lighting, ended up redoing this shoot at no cost in my studio. She is nothing but a handful, most photographers wont work with her, yet I ***** too cause i will try to make things right.  She commented all over my ******** page and when I deleted them she made more fake profiles to keep commenting, it was harassment, like so much harassment. After I had explained to her and the 13 other people that were effective my the corruption of my hard drive that was out of my control, but i had backed these files up, like a good photographer should, however in the corruption of the disk it changed the format of these photos so it took so much extra time to get them back to the right format for me to edit them and deliver the galleries. Out of ******************************************************************************************* non stop for days over it.  She is not a client I would care to ever have back. The refund is very unfair to say the least.  I am so thankful for my clients who are amazing and patience for good work.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I did not ask for a refund and she did not give me any kind of discount whatsoever. She is the one that asked me if I wanted to split the photos and gave me that option because originally I had booked two slots. She has in the past taken family pictures together and brought it up this time so I said that was fine. She never gave me a refund whatsoever as I had to dispute it with Venmo and as of June 15 Venmo cited in my favor because I was able to prove that she never refunded me nor did I get my merchandise. She has continually refused to take responsibility and has blocked me from all communication which indicates she had no intentions on ever giving me my merchandise or refunding me. By her actions do not mirror what a legitimate and trustworthy business would be. Had I not disputed my case with Venmo I would still not have a refund today so in regards to her response she has once again not been honest and truthful in the situation and therefore I am rejecting her response and I attached how she is the one that brought up splitting the pictures and nothing was said about any discount or anything. I never once asked for a discount and I never once  asked her to give me a discount. She never refunded me the money as she indicated and I have proven that as well. As you can see by my attachments she claimed she sent me a refund which she never did and I have many more messages that I sent to her indicating that I had never received the refund and then she turns around and tells me oh she didnt refund me because she had my pictures which of course I never did receive and so I then went to Venmo and they disputed it for me as I sent you the proof that I am just now being refunded through Venmo and not because she sent me the refund. This company has proven to be very unprofessional and I do not recommend anyone using them in the future.
