We had Aimvo do our yard and house in ********, **.. Didn't notice any difference. Paid them and told them maybe we'd have them back in July. Come to find out they set us up for automatic payments without telling us. June 4th there was a $55 charge on my wife's card. Tried calling them but got no answer. Contesting the charge with her card company. Had to order a new card for her.

Our office is open from 9-5 mtn time Monday thru Friday. Please give us a call during open hours and this can all be taken care of. ************. Thanks

I had a very bad experience with this company at first I thought they were a good company but after months of treatments and paying them to get rid of German cockroachs and wasps they never got rid of them. I'm wanting my money back from this company and they still are harassing me for payments. There products do not work against wasps or German cockroachs they just keep charging you for false services they do. They come once a month for like 15 minutes and leave it's like they just spray water and some white boric acid powder that doesn't work. I would like a refund for the months that I paid them and all the time I wasted messing with this company. What actions can I take now to get a refund for bad products services that don't work? They don't even deserve one star from me. My name is ********************* you have my number if you would like to resolve this issue and make it right with me. I am not sure what I should do next to resolve this matter with you.

I would had not even given them that I was harass by one of thier sale representatives I get off work doing thing in my home and there is a knock on the door i didn't get to the door I figured they would leave nope I get harder knocks on my door I go to the window and I say not interested he says me neither and continue to bang on door I said again I not interested he say I here to talk to name and I said no so I was leaving about thirty minutes later he was down the block rode his little scooter back up to my house on to the driveway I was mad already for being disrespect in my home andproperty I was nice saying I was not interested he comes on the drivewY Nd ask me why I feel like that I was like in my head u didn't leaVe after i told u I was not interested u made a joke and kept banging on my door then when I get in car u felt the need to harass me again I ask him to leave Nd get off my property he kept talking about I doing the most I said get off my property or I will.call the police to put u in jail for trespassing he said u doing to much I said u doing tou h I told u i was not interested so all the way off my property talking slick I said I already call your job he said he don't care I spoke to lady name ****** and she was going to talk to the supervisor the funny part he was trying to sell me something all this because I did not want his services my whole evening is off because I said I was not interested I would never promote this company I never use this company if this is how thier employees represent the aimvo business and the point of it all is I have no connection with this company it was to sell me something I would never buy or recommend this company the employers that are on the Frontline shows what kind of company it built on

We do not want this happening again, and we apologize for any inconvenience that might have caused. We do a good job in pest control services. Sadly, sometimes some sales representatives get frustrated and act in inappropriate ways. Again, our apologies. 

The worst irresponsible Pest Control EVER! We were scheduled twice in a row and they emailed to cancel due to some circumstances beyond their controls they emailed!We were scheduled again today for 4-7 pm by one of their supervisor after reporting our bad experiences. The technician was no show no call and lied to their company that he was here, knocked and no one answered! Unfortunately for this technician, my husband and I were both home all day and we have 4 video cameras that covered our entire building all the way to the street and no one showed from this company Do not waste your time or money on this irresponsible company, theyre not worth it!

I am so sorry to hear this. Unfortunately all companies get reschedules but for the tech to say he showed when he didn't that is not acceptable. I will look into this and see what options we have for you. So sorry for your experience.

Salesperson knocked on door. I stepped out on my porch and instantly got sick, feeling like I was going to pass out then vomited. The entire time she stood there watching. She didnt ask if she could contact anyone. When I gained my composure the salesperson went straight to her sales pitch. I agreed to a year contract so shed leave. They came out quarterly to spray, mainly outside. I needed treatment for fleas, ticks and mosquitoes. She told me AimVo could accommodate. Each quarterly visit was over $200. After each visit I had to call back for re-treatment. When I asked why I still have mosquitoes, the customer service representative told me that would be an extra charge of $90. They were supposed to treat mosquitoes per initial contract. I completed my contract but because I did not want to re-sign they offered to send someone out to re-treat. That was two weeks ago. Red ants are crawling on my patio, Ticks have fallen on me from two different trees and we still have fleas. Im so disappointed. The employees of this hometown company violated my trust numerous times. I prefer to use local businesses when needed but Ill not use AimVo again.

I received an invoice for a service I never ordered with forged initials. A contract was initialed by someone who was not me, and I was sent a fake contract and a fake invoice! This is NOT okay! Any contract in my name needs to be cancelled immediately! 7/13/23. This is UNCACCEPTABLE. Cancel any fake contract in my name immediately please and send me documentation that this has been done.

BEWARE. I was quoted $399 for a termite treatment which was $500 off because I was already a customer. Well here is how they got the discounted offer back. I was told that after the initial treatment, there would be a monthly service charge of $39.00.I received an invoice for $39 and called to ask why I was billed, and no one came out to provide a service.The answer was they don't come out to provide service since the initial treatment would continue to work and I would be billed for 12 months while it is working.So, my deal of $399 and thinking I would receive a monthly treatment costing $39.00 was actually AIMVO taking back the discount on a monthly basis and the cost of service was actually $399+($39*12)= $867.00 Why not tell me the cost of the service is$867.00 if you have no reason to return to do anything else?

I am sorry for the confusion. On Termite treatments a pest control company comes out and installs a termite system then most companies charge a very large yearly fee so you can keep the termite system on your property. Once the system is installed there's no need for a monthly treatment because the system is in. We have chose rather then a large sum yearly to break it down into smaller $39/monthly payments so you don't have to come up with hundreds of dollars yearly to keep your termite prevention system. I'm sorry if that is not how you understood it. I did have his manager listen to the call to verify that he explained everything correctly.
