The greediest property management in ***** is Cortland Living. There is zero leeway for paying rent and residents are automatically penalized after the first of the month. As a tenant on a 13 month lease, whose paid over $2,000 rent by themselves for eight months, they would rather stick by their unfairly stringent policies in order to get more money out of me than show any sort of understanding.The outdoor amenities either do not work or are inconsistent in operation, which is unfortunate because its right next to the greenbelt and it would be nice to enjoy private outdoor living spaces. Again, *** lived in this building going on 13 months and those things havent changed or improved. The advertised outdoor amenities are a lie!Change in ownership happened last June in the midst of my lease. Cortland Living took over and they are fueled by greed, even though they preach to be community focused. They do not care about their residents, only that they get as much money as possible from them.
