Sorry about the miscommunication, and I apologize if that was our fault. To explain, we typically have all tint work for a given day dropped off first thing in the morning in order to avoid the exact situation that occurred with you. Knowing that you were going to be driving in from an hour away, we thought we had adequately explained that we anticipated being ready around the time you said you could come, but that we might not be finished with the previous job at that exact time. We tried to contact you earlier in the day to verify whether you were coming in that afternoon as planned, but we didn't hear back. Not knowing if you were coming for sure we accepted a walk-in job after completing the jobs that had been dropped off that morning. Admittedly, we misjudged how long the walk-in job would take, but this is precisely why we try to avoid scheduling appointments for specific times—it can be difficult to accurately predict finish times for jobs. If you would like to discuss your experience with us further I would be happy to meet with you—in person or by phone.
