            **** was very disrespectful when my husband had called them back to ask some questions about what they did. **** put it back to stock and said we were harassing them when we wanted to know what they did to the vehicle. He was not delightful to talk too, and frankly I dont want to talk to him. He said it was no money out of our pocket, but were still paying on the vehicle. We just wanted to know what the Delete was and he only did a software delete so it didnt fix the issue. Than he put it back to stock. This business should not be disrespectful to anyone because they have no idea where the anger is from. They should be shut down.

            My son bought a 2010 ***************** from this dealership Labor Day Weekend 2022. Within a month it was leaking oil. He took it in for repairs and the total repairs needed came to $3400 with more needing to be done but can wait. It is very disheartening, but maybe not surprising, that a car dealership would sell a vehicle with so many problems. Our family has resources to help him cover the costs and extra vehicles to cover the week that the vehicle was in the shop but what about other who do not have resources, who are barely making ends meet without adding thousands of dollars on top of their car payment. One does not buy a car and expect such *************** to be necessary within a few months of driving it off the lot. I would hope businesses have more integrity than this. One star given because zero isn't an option
