Back in January of 2024, I changed my cell phone number from ************ to ***********. I had made a grocery trip to United Market Street on 50th street. I requested to change my phone number for my rewards program. I was told everything was good. During the month of March 2024 I made a grocery trip and entered my rewards phone number. I was asked if I was *****************************. I said no. I said someone else by that name had this cell phone number and I now have it because I got it brand new. So after complaining to the manager, the manager said she had fixed the problem. I looked up my account recently and notice I had no rewards points. I have made several purchases at United Market Street and I have no points. I called the rewards number to see what was going on. I found out the manager added me to the previous customer's account instead of changing the number like she was supposed to. When I called the rewards program number, they told me that I was added to the account. So, the person who I don't know has been spending my rewards points and none of my purchases are showing up on my rewards account. Also, whoever this other person is, has access to my purchase history which is concerning because a total stranger has access to my private transactions. I feel like this manager and Market Street rewards program have let me down. I want this resolved and I want my rewards points put back on my reward account # ***********. In addition, I want to make sure they correct my account to show that it is just me on the account at this phone number **********. I have included a copy of my cell phone bill. On page 3 of that bill, it shows that this phone number belongs to me. The two pictures I submitted will show I have not gotten any rewards since January 2024.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I received an email from Market Street asking for proof of receipts. I sent Market Street proof of receipts and never got a response. I never got my points and my transactions never showed up on my account. My transactions are showing up on another person's account. My message was forwarded to the person who made the error and claims there is nothing wrong with the account yet, my purchases I made after the fact did not show up on my history and my points were never restored.

I wanted to let you know that I received an Email back from Market Street. My account was resolved. The errors were fixed and I received all my points. I appreciate the management team investigating my issue and getting it fixed.
