The crew at Copper Cloud took care of an emergency repair for me quickly and with professional service. Other gutter companies were unable to respond to my urgent need for a quick repair and I'm so grateful for the help that I received from Copper Cloud. Copper cloud recently installed gutters at my house working as a subcontractor for Leaf Filter. I only had two problems with copper clouds work. First, they apparently had no idea how to install flashing so the water wouldnt get behind the gutter and rot my facia board. Second, they didnt seem to understand the concept that gutter should be sloped so that water, instead of sitting there in the gutter and breeding mosquitoes and algae and God knows what else, actually drains out to the downspout. It was amazing to me that a company that calls itself a gutter installation company didnt understand those two very basic parts of putting in a gutter. I found them to be completely incompetent.Review from Larry W.

Exceptional service and hands down would recommend them to anyone. Called ***** on Wednesday 5/12 for an estimate to add additional gutters on the side of my house. He came out quickly on Friday 5/13 and provided quite a bit of recommendations. He gave me a verbal quote while at my house and then sent me a finalized quote via email that afternoon. I accepted the quote the following Tuesday and he was able to schedule me for that Thursday (5/19). I was extremely surprised at how quickly he was able to schedule me and his guys were great. They immediately noticed the downspout color did not match my house and then proceeded to pick up the right color from the warehouse (they could have easily thrown the wrong color on and called it a day). Overall, ***** and his team were awesome and extremely knowledgeable. Would recommend them to all.
