We are currently under contract for Offer Idaho Now to buy our home. We signed a legal agreement for their company to market our home in the hopes that they would be able to sell it faster than we could ourselves. In our contract, it states that if our house is sold before the end of December 2023 they would pay us $580,000 on January 26th, ****. If they did not sell the house by the time frame allowed, they would then pay us $569,000 on January 26th, ****. We were notified on the evening of December 13th, 2023 that they were going to rescind their offer. They sent us a document, asking us to sign, saying the "Buyer cancels the contract within the 20 business day inspection period."In the contract that was signed, it states "Buyer shall have 20 business days to further inspect the property and may cancel this contract within buyer's sole discretion for any reason during this inspection period."Our house has never been inspected or even had a walk through from the company. We have had a realtor enter our house on November 20th, ***************** our doorway for three minutes. We have also had the realtors photographer enter the house to take photographs on November 22nd, 2023. It is obvious to us that this company decided to cancel our contract on the grounds of their own inability to sell this house in the time frame they thought they were able to do so and not on the grounds of inspection. When asked why they were unable to close on the January 26th without having a buyer, they said they did not have the funds in their account to be able to purchase the home and carry the loan until they were able to find a buyer. It was also mentioned that they had contracted too high of a price with us and they said they should have offered us a much lower price of $530,000.At this point, we are under contract with anther home in ******* and will be unable to purchase that home if the buyers from Offer Now Idaho do not follow through with their part of the contrac
