    I made a reservation on-line to stay in a suite at this hotel for two nights. My total after fees and a $0.00 deposit was suppose to be $257.** I greed to that amount and confirmed my reservation. I needed a place to stay for two nights as I was moving out of Boise. This location was under staffed and I ended up waiting in the lobby for 3 and a half hours.Eventually my room was ready and I gave the person working my card number and shortly after she handed me my room keys. I went up to my suite to find a lamp with it's cord chopped in half exposing bare wire, the ** was not working, the phone was not working and the air was not working. 3 hours later I get a knock on the door and it was a different lady than the one who helped me earlier but she told me my card was declined and I had to go with her to the lobby to figure out how I was going to pay for the room. Confused, I agreed and we went to the lobby. I then thought I should check my app on my phone to see if I could tell what happened. Well, it didn't get declined the first time the used it. My money was taken out and they over charged me $50 But they tried four times after that and it was declined. I explained their error, showed them my app, I even offered them cash to cover the cost until it went through on their end and I would grab the cash at check out. They declined my offer but let me go back to my room after that. Every single morning they attempted to take more money out and was successful one other time. They made my account unusable because if I were to add money they would just steal it. I have had to stay elsewhere while this gets situated and that has cost me money that I should not have had to spend. This has cost me 2 weeks in different Airbnb's plus travel. I want to be reimbursed the $1800 that I'm out of pocket due to their error and they are refusing me that. I have screen shots of my account being debited from red lion. I have receipts from air bnb. I just want my money they cost me.

    Pretty sketchy area didnt feel comfortable leaving my car unattended over night. Seems to be quite a bit of drug use in the surrounding area. Went up to my room and hallway smelt faintly of urine and overall seemed dirty. My key didnt work and I couldnt access the room. But after my experience and reading other reviews I decided to stay elsewhere. Restaurant in the building is closed and the pool and hot tub are seasonal. The place seems super understaffed only one person working the front desk. In fact **** was the only employee I saw.She was very nice and was understanding of why I wanted to check out early and I was issued a refund for my reservation. I would spend the extra 50$ and stay elsewhere.
