I paid put $60.00 on a laundry card and didn't use all of the money on the card. I am moving and there are no Breeze Better **********'s where I am moving to so i went and asked for a refund and the woman said that she would contact her manager and have a check sent to me. two weeks later I still hadn't received the refund. I went into the store 5 more times and got the same story. I finally got ahold of a manager and she told me a lady by the name of ******* would issue the refund. I have called and tried to talk to her but she doesn't return my calls. Breeze took the money that was on the card off the card and still have not issued me a refund and its been over a month. There is no signs in the store that say no refunds or anything. I would like the money they stole from me at this point refunded.Business response

I am writing regarding your recent complaint. I would like to emphasize that your allegations are completely false and unfounded.
On the day of your visit to our establishment, you requested cash from our attendants, which they were unable to provide. Consequently, you demanded a check instead. We assisted you with the refund process over the phone and mailed a check to you on the 5th of February.
However, we were informed on the 29th that you had not received the check. We immediately canceled the first check and arranged for our manager to write and deliver a new one to the store. You picked up the replacement check on Saturday, 3/2/2024.
I must express my disappointment at the way you have treated our employees and management team throughout this process. Your behavior has been unacceptable, and we do not tolerate harassment of any kind towards our staff. If you continue to harass our employees, we will be forced to involve the local authorities.Business response

We have maintained clear and timely communication with this customer throughout the entire process. As soon as they informed us about not receiving their check, we promptly found a solution and ensured that they received their money. At no point did we withhold their funds. We request that this complaint be removed as it is unfounded.
