BEWARE OF SCAM! *** REFUNDED SMM FOR MY LOST SHIPMENT AND THEY **** MY MONEY AND STOPPED RESPONDING. This is by far the worst customer experience I've ever had, and they flat out stole money from me. DO NOT under any circumstances buy from this site.Review from Alisa G

BEWARE! READ THEIR ****************** PRIOR TO BUYING! I bought a dress from this site thinking that it was a standard retail site, with the normal 30+ day return policy. However, the dresses are only eligible for store credit. The site is not transparent about this nuance and doesn't make it obvious to the shopper when browsing or at checkout. When you reach out to customer service, they will reply will a boiler plate response and then ghost you on any further replies. They are completely non-responsive. The claim is that dresses are "custom" even though they are the standard items on the site. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.Review from Katie G

Just another person that fell for their scam. Will not refund my money, only store credit. They try to loop in other items of clothing and deem them as dresses. Do not order from them.Review from Katarzyna Z

Ill be disputing with my cc because their customer support is no help. I ordered beautiful maternity dress from their website and I received something that looks nothing like the one from the picture. Very poor quality, wrong color and cheap made. They offered me to return the item for a store credit. I do not want a store credit to their store after seeing how cheap and horrible the dress looks like. They stole my money and I wish I read these reviews earlierReview from Logan C

Wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase. Horrible return policy. Purchased a dress and received a different color than what was advertised on the site. Instead of refunding you they only offer store credit. Threads are coming apart and the dress is extremely poor quality. Stay away.Review from Bianca N

Worst customer service ever!!! I ordered 2 dresses. Shows it shipped on 12/13 but tracking has no movement since then. It is now 12/29 and still have not received my package. I sent 5 emails and no response. I commented on their FB and they deleted my comments!! I sent them a private message in FB and they blocked me from messaging them. They even blocked my phone number from calling them when all I want to know is where my package is, and this is how they treat their customers!?!? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! How do you block your innocent customers for no reason just ** they email asking for their orders????Review from Andrea A

Literally the worst shopping experience Ive ever had! I would never ever shop here again and would never recommend anyone buy anything from here, especially for maternity. They have a terrible return policy! I originally bought a dress for my gender reveal and the sleeves were flawed to where I didnt have any range of motion with my arms. I requested a return and I was informed that I only qualified for an exchange since I bought a dress (like what?!). Im 39 weeks pregnant now and I have gone through several purchases/returns and have yet to find anything worth keeping. Their customer service is awful and you can only communicate with them via email. No one is of help and it has been such a waste of time going back and forth when they could have just gave me my money back months ago. I hate this website so much and I would suggest anyone not even bother anything else would be better!Review from Angelica R

Worst place to purchase a dress. They charge so much money for poor quality dresses. Also, *** been trying to return the dress I ordered for over a month and they still have not helped me. In the beginning they were emailing me back and then they stopped. *** tried reaching them a few more times and no response. Its been very frustrating!!! I will NEVER order from them again! They have the worse customer service.

Awful customer service. I wish I had seen these reviews before I tried it out. I've sent multiple emails, started phone calls, and even blasting it on their Instagram page because it's absurd.
