****** retired a while back. So, I hesitantly switched to going to her daughter ******* for my fillers. I wasnt aware Radiesse is the only filler that cannot be reversed this was never told to me. Another thing I wasnt aware of is that my injector might not be aware of all the risks and may not be telling me the right things to do in an emergency situation. On Nov 1, ****************************************************** my blood vessels stopping blood flow to my face jaw and roof of my mouth & behind my face. Immediately afterwards I was in extreme pain. When I kept checking in with ****** she didnt seem concerned so I delayed seeking the medical help that I now know was necessary at the time. In fact she told me to do things such as ice which should never be done in the instance of an occlusion. Several months later I am still in extreme pain daily as dead tissue is trying to regenerate. I will probably end up loosing at least my back two molars and we are waiting to see how much bone I will loose. ER took it very seriously putting me on IV antibiotics and getting me in touch with several different doctors to deal with this. I was in hyperbarics for a month everyday except Thanksgiving because it was so serious. If you want to get fillers go to someone whos gonna take your reaction seriously and knows how to proceed forward in a way that will cause the least amount of health issues and that actually cares about their patients.I was getting texts like,it sounds like you have a good team. And we arent part of your team then the communication stopped.They were the ***** They started my need for a ***** I wouldnt have needed a TEAM if it wasnt for ******** Easons huge mistake. Then they stopped communicating! WOW You would think they would have wanted to know what happened to their patient but instead they blew me off and ignored the entire situation.They also took my review down off their website!More than a year now and Ive never heard a word
