I had a reservation through Priceline at the Super 8 ***** airport. Check in date was 3/11/23 and check out was 3/16/23. I was charged $256.05 and paid in full at the time I reserved the room. Towards the end of my stay on 3/15/23 my card was charged $118.31 by the hotel. We asked the front desk why this had happed and they said not to worry because it would be refunded in a few days. I waited a couple weeks and the money had not come back to my account so I called the hotel, Priceline, and super 8 corporate but all said I needed to talk to the manager of the hotel. I emailed the manager and asked her why I had been charged and she said I extended my stay. I replied and told her this was false and she never emailed me back again. My partner lives in the area and has gone there several times to talk to the manager and each time she said we extended our stay. After showing proof that we had not done this she then said we were charged because ********* had not charged me a sufficient amount to stay at the hotel. ********* contacted the manager and told her that we should not have been charged. They said she should have contacted them. The manager refused again today to refund my money. We had no other problem with the hotel and had stayed there at least twice before with no issue. The manager is very rude and has lied about our situation multiple times.
