I made an appointment for when they opened (9 am ) to get my breaks replaced, I was told I would be contacted when ready and that it would be ready by the end of the day, it wasnt ready by the end of the initial drop off day and they had me come get my car again cause they hadnt even started on it, then the second day when I dropped it off also at 9 am again they had told me it would be ready by the end of the day and I will get calls about any updates, they didnt get my car on the rack until 12 and then they broke a bolt and had been trying to cover for themselves all day, I had called twice asking about my car and was told BOTH times that it would only be another hour when they knew they had broken a discontinued bolt and had no means of replacement ready for the day, after I had been told multiple times Id have my car by the end of the day, and here I am without my car while they scramble to fix their mess upReview from Jason B

I was very pleased with the conversation and communication that this sale has has given me. My choice of see your cars at the fair,made me a believer, **** offered me something that I know is going to be reliable and dependable. We went in to find and compare a couple of small- to mid-sized SUVs. We looked s at what was available on the lot amongst all the Bronco dealerships. **** made buying a car very comfortable. There was no pressure, he was easy to talk to, and was very knowledgeable about the cars. After deciding on a car, he walked us step by step through the financing options which made for a very relaxed purchase.
