I placed the order on January 11, **** and yet to receive a tracking number. The site states to allow 5 business days for the order to ship. I have emailed them 3-4 times and yet to receive a response. There is not a number to call. Order number#********-GS23 Amount $52.60Customer response

I ordered on 11.27.23 Policy is items to ship in 3-5 business days. My items havent even began shipping and it is 12.23.23. Order #********-GS23 I have emailed several times and nothing. They take your money and run. Its a scam business.Initial Complaint

I purchased an item on November 10, 2023 in the amount of $34.00.I received an email on November 19, 2023 informing me that my order had shipped. I waited the 48 hours before I checked the tracking number provided and it showed that the ************** was awaiting for the shipment to arrive to them. I have since been checking and nothing has changed nor updated. I have sent 2 emails to the customer service email provided and have not been responded to. I checked again today, 12/4/2023 and now it is telling me that the link is no longer available and so is the link for their website. I am highly frustrated and disappointed that I have not received my item or a refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered January 22, 2023 I received a message stating that it was received and they are getting it ready. They have not replied since. I have emailed them several times and no response. I do not want the order anymore as it was winter items I ordered. I do not want a gift card as that is what will be offered for a refund, I WILL NOT EXCEPT A GIFT CARD. I will NEVER order from this company again so a gift card will be useless to me. I want the full amount I waisted refunded in full to my bank account/card. They do not gave a phone number so am unable to contact them that way. I have been emailing company since January 2023. I have attached all emails and no responses.Initial Complaint

Hi there, I placed an order on December 11th [ORDER #********-GS22] for a $58 purchase that was never shipped. I received a "Your Order is on the way" update on December 20th which included a tracking number [******************************]. The tracking shows that pre-shipment info has been received but **** is still awaiting the item to ship. I have reached out to customer service at the company four times to ask for an update and request a refund if the order is no longer available. I have not received any response from the business and would like to just take a refund for the purchase.Initial Complaint

I placed an order of $43.40 with Gunny Sack and Co on 10/17/2022. I received an email confirmation that my order was received. I didn't receive any other correspondence about the status of my order, so I emailed them inquiring about the status on 10/25/2022( email is the only avenue of communication that they provide) I immediately received a response stating "they were reaching out to the warehouse about my order and was waiting for a response from the warehouse and was going to try again in the morning. Again, that was on 10/25/2022 and I have been emailing them daily, and NO response. Today, 10/31/2022, I want the item I ordered or a refund. My order # ********-GS22
