They never sent out my order and its been weeks. I reached out twice and ask where my order was with no response. Total scam. They also disabled all comments on Instagram which tells me its probably not just me having problems.Review from Brittany P

I returned an item about a month ago and to this day, I still haven't received any correspondence regarding my return for store credit. I have emailed them 5x and to no avail, I haven't received any correspondence to any of those emails. I am beyond disappointed in their customer service. Their lack of customer service is apprehensible. I have never experienced any trouble before but this is getting ridiculous. I would appreciate if someone can get back to me or at least email me my store credit. NOTE: If you do buy anything, make sure you want it as their return policy/customer service is non-existence.
