They do not respond to any emails. I bought a bunch of clothing online, return policy says to email them, which I have done 4 times now over the course of 3 weeks. No response back. No other contact information.Initial Complaint

My husband ordered clothing online from a company that we believe is based in *****. The order date was 9/19/23 and order #***** (web order, order email and credit card transaction photos attached). The purchase amount of $102.90 is listed on the web order and CC transaction photo.We had made contact with the company when returning the item on 9/30/23 (email 1 pic). The company responded same day with their terms on returns and refunds (email 2 pic). We offered the next day to pay for the shipping to return the items due to poor fit on multiple sizes, and an exchange would not resolve that issue (email 3 pic). The company responded same day again with an agreement to refund the items for purchase (not shipping) once we provided the receipt for the return (email 4 pic). We provided the photo of the receipt (email 5 and receipt pic). However, we have not received any communication since we've shipped the return. We emailed to follow up and said that we see the returned package has been received by the tracking number (email 6 and tracking pic). We've reached out via email multiple times over the last couple months and hear nothing back (email 7 & 8 pic). This is unusual since they were responding same day before (see dates on all email pics).The only form of contact is email (website pic provided). We have records of all email exchange as well as tracking for the return (pics provided, but can forward emails in needed). The return was received, but no refund issued and no response for contact. We're not sure how to get in contact with this business, or how to get our money back. We're afraid that they are scamming us out of our money. Which is disappointing with a small business, which is what they claim to be. Please let us know what we can do to enforce fair business.
