While starting a new service they attempted to pull a credit report but there was an obvious issue and they stated it came back with 0 score. They then told me they would give me an OPPORTUNITY to call equifax and sort it our or I needed to pay a 160$ deposit. 30 minutes with equifax who stated I had no issues with my account and it must be something with ***. I call *** back and again they say the score is 0. After speaking with Equifax a second time they say it is ***s responsibility to call the business line anytime there is an obvious issue in the pull. *** has zero interest in resolving the issue they just default to give us a deposit even though I have had 3 service addresses with them in my account with over 5 years of service.Customer support should mean something.

This is for ************* UTILITY BILLING What I thought was our final **** was double and I spoke with an agent back in feb trying to get that fixed. Never received another **** after moving and I was still working on proof of payment for the $200 **** but I was unaware that my emails did not go though. They are now all of the sudden claiming that the Oct **** was never paid. when I spoke to them on the phone in the beginning of December informing them that I am moving they didnt say anything about a past due amount and kept the water on from October to December. No red notice taped to my door or mailed no phone call no water shut off. If you dont pay your **** in two weeks they shut off your water and send you a final notice so that right there makes no sense. Plus I paid it and its out of my checking account. I moved out of state and now theyre playing games. They claim my final **** is $334 which is in accurate but sent me to collections for $434! I asked her today to provide proof they sent me my final **** but she said no. Ill pay my ACTUAL final **** and be DONE but I will NOT repay Octobers **** or the inflated collections amount.

I moved out end of may 2021 and new tenants moved in after ue. They never switched the utilities until august of 2021. Also homeowner never switched it in there name after I moved out. And now Im being billed for the services from When I moved out till August. I was paying new utilities at my new rental place that I switched in may when I called in. They are trying to send me to collection because of the homeowners irresponsibility.
