Complaint filed. I'm an out of state buyer so this dealer won't offer to help me. 9 issues on a new trailer I purchased 8 months ago. Dealer only wants to discuss 1 issue (hole in roof). Slide leaks bad seal on entire slide, window leaks, I'm still fixing bath, shower, kitchen plumbing. Sewer /black tank pipe has a massive leak that I taped for a temp fix. Huge hole in roof. I'll be organizing a picket line at a future date for the Dillon ****************

DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANY REASON!!!I came in on a Monday to have service done. I was there to have Torklift Stableloads installed on my **. **** in service, and the Manager of service, assured me this was something they could do in a couple of hours. I also got their recommendation from the Torklift website. They are a Torklift certified service center. I told them I needed this done in a week or so because I was going on a two week road trip. I made an appointment for the following Friday at 8:00 am and dropped off the ** at 7:30. They said, they would call in a few hours, when it was done. I didn't hear from them all day, so I called at 4:30, because they close at 5:00. **** said it was ready to pick up, but they didn't install the Stableloads. When I asked why, she said her Manager, and two of her top technicians, were watching YOU TUBE, to see how to do the install. They watched a video of a guy in his driveway struggle with it for 5 hours. So, they decided it would be to difficult for them to do it. I said, "Really?? YOU TUBE??" That's kind of scary." **** said, "That's not scary, how are they supposed to know how to do it?" So now, it's Friday night at 6:00 PM and we are supposed to leave in 3 days. When I asked **** why she didn't call me earlier, to let me know. She said she got too busy, and forgot. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSABLE FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPATENT!!!

On Saturday, 4/8/23, at approximately 9:20am {PDT), I called Dennis Dillon RV in *****, *****, from my home in **************** and spoke to a salesman about a new 2022 Nexus Wraith 33W motorhome that they had advertised on their webpage for $149,995. During our conversation I told him about our trade and that we were looking for a payment of $1400 per month. Since I was in **************** he told me that I would need to make a "$3000 fully refundable deposit". I agreed to the deposit as long as it was refundable if we could not get together. The salesman asked for a credit card number and again advised that it would be fully refundable. After he had my credit card number he emailed a receipt and a form for me to sign. The form stated the deposit was "non-refundable", & the receipt showed a charge of $3000 had already been made. I called the salesman back and asked him about the form stating "non-refundable" he said; "that's a form from our ********** location that doesn't apply here, just write on it "Deposit of $3000 will be refunded if terms not acceptable"" (I printed that on the form) Near closing time, I learned that our payment would be $1625/month, some $225 above our budget, and that the selling price had been adjusted to $259995 to show an adequate down payment, & the perception that no one would be around on Easter **************** my wife and I decided we could not pursue the purchase. At approximately 8:30am (PDT) 4/11/23 I called the last person I had talked to, & advised him that we needed to stop the process, he said he would email the salesman and **. At 8:40 (PDT) I also texted the salesman the same info, he called & said that the ** would be calling me. I called the ** at 4pm (PDT), after not receiving a callback, & was assured that he would call by 6pm (MDT), however he has never returned my calls. Since the "terms were not acceptable" I feel I am entitled to my refund of $3000. Pretty low to take advantage of a 100% disabled Veteran.

A year ago we visited DDRV, looking for a **** DS Winnebago. Their website indicated that they were on its way. Sales rep said it could be 6 months. We purchased our unit online and were told that we could have it serviced at any Winnebago dealership and DDRV would be our closest. When we picked up our unit there were a couple of noted issues such as the front decal peeling. They stated that one had already been ordered and they would mail it to me when it came in, which they did. We then set up an appointment for having the decal put on at DDRV and a couple of other minor repairs and brought our unit in on 10/19/21. I actually thought that I could wait for the repairs to be completed as they were that minor. Good thing I didnt as it was just short of 4 months before they were. I had hoped to have the trailer back to store under cover instead of in their lot for the winter.Every two weeks I would call and would then be told it would be ready in two weeks. I picked up my unit 2/16/22 and was told that I was being charged for the work done to the door striker plate ($61.57) as it had been altered and Winnebago would not cover for those repairs. I explained that the only thing altered was to fix it enough so that the door would close and stay closed and certainly should be covered by the warranty. The Rep said well, you did not buy the unit from us. I responded We tried. It was either pay the $61 or leave my unit there. Winnebago Care was contacted and stated that I needed to send in the receipt which I did. They questioned the amount as I only sent the receipt of payment so the break down was subsequently sent. ($4.25 for the striker plate, $50.70 labor and $6.00 Environmental Waste Disposal = $61.67) Seriously? This is pretty close to fraud. Winnebago indicated that I would be reimbursed so that is taken care of, however, I thought others should be made aware should they be dealing with ************. It was not a good experience.!

Our dream of retiring and buying a motor home has turned into a nightmare! I wish I would have read the Yelp reviews and what people have posted here. The end of January we bought a New 2022 *********** home and we have never taken possession of it. After seeing it out in the sunlight all the rock chips on the sides, hood and above the cab where visible. There are chips of paint missing around the door locks on the cab plus scratches. The paint is peeling off the side edges of the roof. Inside the cab it looked like it had been lived in arm rest and door panels had black all over them crumbs and dirt on the floor and stains in both the seats. I think they have detailed it three times still dirt and stuff under the seats. On the inside there are so many problems with holes in cushions, hole in counter top, electrical plug in falling out of the ceiling and many more things. The more you look the more things you find wrong and we haven't even used it yet. The motor home looks like it has been lived in even the plastic is gone off the mattress and the plastic film covering is gone for the tv's, and it is dirty. I told them I bought NEW not slightly used and abused. I have asked for a substitution of collateral and they said NO. We have to wait for Nexus to approve any repairs other then the paint problems. Do not trust Dennis Dillon RV they are not transparent or honest. Just like everyone else has said BUYER BEWARE!

My parents bought a new motor home from Dennis Dillon RV and after looking at it in the sunlight there is so many rock chips in the paint it looked like someone lived in it it was so dirty my parents have not even took possession of it they say they are trustworthy and honest I have to say different they are scam artists. The sales rep will say and do what ever to sell you something I would never do business with this company my parents sold their auto repair shop and was going to enjoy retirement but that is all down the drain due to Dennis Dillon they paid ******* dollars for this what I would call used motor home they said it is all cosmetic damage if I spent that kind of money I would expect new. Not slightly used there are stains on the seats grease were some one used the **** stove paint peeling holes in the couch foot prints on the couch seats and they said they detailed it this place is such a joke if there is something that could be done to make this right for them I would greatly appreciate any help because they said it is new but it has **** miles on it they said it was because they drove it from the factory BUYERS BE AWARE Of THIS COMPANY they will scam you. ***********************
