This is the second complaint I have filed with the BBB about this company. When i filed the first complaint they almost immediately showed up and said they were going to fix my issues so my solar panels would be operational. However once again they brought the wrong circuit breaker to complete the project. The individual advised me he would get the correct part ordered and would be back within a couple days. This was three weeks ago; I still have not heard anything from the company as to when they will be back. This project started 9 months ago and is still yet to be completed. I want them to either complete the project or remove the solar panels from my roof.Business response

I contacted Voltaic to install solar panels on my roof. They started the installation in April of 2022 and now its been almost 7 months and my solar panels still are not operational. The first time the inspector came to inspect there was no person here from ************************ to do the inspection. The second time it failed inspection for having the wrong size fuse. To which they told me they had to order the right one and it was on back order. That was nearing 3 months ago. I have made several attempts to contact voltaic however they dont answer the phone and do not return your calls when you leave a message. I have also tried emailing them to no avail. Meanwhile my electric bill just went over 3k for this year. The only reason I bought extra panels for my home is to avoid this issue.Business response
