I have gone through this company for 7 years. And they have slowly increased the monthly charge. Which is fine. I decided aftrr the last 5$ increase it was time to leave. Not only was i treated poorly by the guy working. I asked for my remainder ammount back. I paid until the 31st of december and left on the 8th. I was refused the rest of my money for the month even though I was no longer going to be needing a unit anymore. And when I asked to about it he simply said. Ill talk to my boss about it. Nothing was wrote down as a note or anything. I wasnt asking for a full refund. Just the rest of my money back.Business response

We have refunded their account from the date of move out unit the 31st of December.
Our guest seemed happy with the solution when the team reached out.
