I paid the owner $300 in full for a tattoo she promised she would do for me. She told me she would send me a receipt or a certificate of payment. The moment I sent her the money she stopped responding to me. we had an appointment scheduled on June 2 that she did not show up for. I then saw her other reviews and saw that she stolen from a bunch of other clients. I messaged her again telling her I was going to contact the police and she promised to pay me back the money that she stole. She then blocked my number and ran after that. She owes me and many others our money back from the deposits and paid in full amounts that she has stolen.Initial Complaint

I am always looking for the good in people and trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. If you look at her most recent reviews, a lot of people have had similar experiences. The first time I scheduled with her on March 25th I gave her a $100 deposit. I waited 3 hours in my car the day of my first appointment until she finally messaged me that night that she had a family emergency and then had to cancel our appointment. Apparently her phone was dead or she had no way to contact me. She offered my deposit back or to do the tattoo still for free. Being the person I am, I gave her a second chance and told her to keep my deposit and I would reschedule. Mind you, between these appointments the communication was HORRIBLE. Days would go by to hear back from her to decide on scheduling etc. I rescheduled a month later May 11th. The MORNING of I texted her to make sure our appointment was still a good and she messaged back that she injured her hand and would have to cancel again. She offered AGAIN to either continue to reschedule or give me my deposit back. In her message she said if I wanted my deposit back she would send it as soon as possible. What?? You dont have my $100 deposit sitting in your account? So I replied that I wanted it back by the end of the day and I requested it back on Venmo. Obviously since Im writing this, I never received my deposit back. I thought telling her I was going to write this review might scare her into giving my deposit back but clearly she doesnt care about her reputation or business that much. This is just a brief rundown of the last two months dealing with Meme and her tattoo business. If you can take anything out of this, it would be to take your money elsewhere and not trust Meme. She is scamming many people and clearly needs to be stripped of her tattoo license! I obviously was never going to see my deposit even If I rescheduled or not. I was blocked from contacting her.
