            On 11/24/2023 my fiancs car was towed in front of our apartment. We had a sticker in the window and permission to park it there. The towing company said it was abandoned and had two flat tires. They were low but not flat. The towing company has a contract with the Gateway Apartments but the lady in office didnt tell them to tow it. The last time my fianc spoke to the towing company they said we owed *****. 40% towing and 70% storage fees. It has been awhile since he spoke to them and goes up $40 a day. They said if we sign the title over it would take off $500.

            I pay for a parking spot here at my apartment. My tag had fallen down and the guy (**** I think) was about to tow it, As I tried to reason with him, my boyfriend came outside to see what was going on, the tow guy got in an argument and got physical with bf.Now anytime Im unloading groceries in front of my house and he sees me, he yells at me and says I cant park there. There are always cars unloading in front of their apartment. I feel harassed by this individual and I have video of him ignoring other people parked there, no warning, doesnt tow them, just drives by. Why am I being treated different than my neighbors? I understand they have a job to do but being screamed at by a stranger is super unnerving.Their rules also contradict the contract I have with the apartment management company.
