Hey, about this complaint, all the vehicles we sell are sold as-is. You never once told us that you couldn't maintain the vehicle or do the required maintenance. Any vehicle you buy you need to maintain it, and that is your responsibility to do so. So if you couldn't maintain the vehicle you probably should be riding a bike or taking the bus. So after you drive the vehicle off the lot you are responsible for any and all repairs. After you bought the vehicle you called us about the clutch going out, which is strange because it was perfectly fine when you test drove it and when everyone else test drove it. After that happened we ended up putting a new clutch in it for you and it didn't cost you anything. We did that to help you out. No other dealership would have done that for you. Also the vehicle did not have a salvage title. The carfax report is on our website for every vehicle we sell. I don't know what you are saying about letting you sign for the vehicle. You called us about the vehicle and asked if it was still available. We told you it was so you came and test drove it and then did an application on it. We ended up getting you approved for it and we called you and told you that and then you came in and signed for it. We DID NOT take advantage of you and the fact you are disabled has absolutely nothing to do with anything. We help disabled people get into vehicles all the time and they are very thankful that we can get them approved. You're saying that you don't have money for regular maintenance but yet you say you put $1,700 into repairs already. That's strange. We're sorry that you think we took advantage of you but that was definitely not the case. You picked that vehicle after you test drove it. There was about 30 different vehicles on the lot at the time. You could have picked any one. You're making it sound like we forced you to sign for a vehicle you didn't want and that's not true. We hope everything works out for you. Good day.
