We started working with Lavish Landscape over a year ago but the work has not been completed. ***** and ************************* (though ***** told me his last name was ******) agreed over and over to come back. We've heard nothing since Nov 8th when ***** said he was on his way, but never showed up... again. I have dozens of text messages where he agreed that the bathroom and sprinkler leaks were his responsibility. Lavish Landscape has had many opportunities to fix things and has refused. I no longer trust them to do the work given the poor quality and repeated dishonesty. We had a roofer and disaster recovery company come and this is what we learned:1) Sprinklers - there are numerous leaks (discovered by our lawn guy when he blew out the sprinklers) - we've had a leak under the house all summer. He charged us $850 for finding and fixing leaks that were not fixed. Our water bill has been huge because we've had a leak under our house all summer. We've also got at least 4 or 5 other leaks now. Refund $850 AND 25% of sprinkler bill (for repairs. (inv 1049/1056). Money for water bill? 2) Bathroom addition - the roof leaked. The slope is too shallow and the flat roof was shingled, must be ripped and replaced. ($5K minimum to do right). Severe interior damage - must be gutted. Full refund less the wall framing, external siding, electric and fixtures. (Inv 1056)3) ******* - expert agrees it sways too much. Proper repairs require dismantling and rebuilding. Supports not adequate. 50% for labor (inv 1049).4) A recessed area in the pavers that causes pooling, stained the pavers, 100 sf damaged 10% of total (inv 1049)5) Gutter Issues. It dumps water directly onto outlets and pool electronics, it is eroding the area and we are having issues with the outlets, It's unsafe & must be fixed: $1000.I've attached photos, images of their web site, invoices (all paid), and a spreadsheet overview. This will not recover our costs to repair.
