      I paid 50% non-refundable on 02/28/2021, and remainder upon delivery on 09/31/22. One of the two sections arrived with apparent damage during transit, but I cannot obtain documentation as to the full extent of the damage, or as to the cause. There are so many issues that I hired a home inspection company to document them which I supplied to the factory, the local dealer, and the factory repair ********* long-delayed "Factory Walk-Through Inspection" by the factory repair rep finally took place on 06/13/23. The company has yet to even acknowledge what their inspection confirmed and what they will fix under warranty. Their repair rep still has no work order as to what will be repaired. Repair appointments are endlessly delayed. It is impossible to get any meaningful factory responses. It seems as if they are trying to run out the clock instead of standing behind their work. In the meantime, I am forced to live within a defective product.

      From this complaint I understand that one has come in with some transportation damage. I reached out to my department; we checked the file and transportation sheet with nothing reported. I know *** left you a voice mail last Thursday about a service team coming over this Monday the 18th. I will need to get some eyes on your home so we will know what damage there is to the home. This way they can take some pictures and report back to the factory. ******************* will be your service coordinator for your home her email is ******************** phone number ************. Your home is built under Hud code, and we will make sure that the home complies with that code. We will fix and or replace any items that are damaged in the home that are factory service. Certain items on your home might be a little different than how they do things on site home. We will address any concern that you have either communication or repair depending on the issue. As the Service Manager I can assure you there isn't a time limit on Items that are factory service and have been reported. I will have *** do a follow up email to you, so our email chain is open.

      We purchased a kit home back in Feb 2020 the house was to be delivered Dec 2020 and was not delivered till June 2021. From day one there have been several problems with the house. We have tried to get kit homes out to resolve the major and safety problems with no help or action from kit homes. One safety problem is the stove just loses power then comes back on by itself. The front door has not worked or locked from day one and was closed by a price of string then started banging around and broke the glass. The door is now screwed shut and is no operating. This is a safety concern as we cant use as a emergency exit. There is missing insulation under house and the safety skirting to hold side insulation torn approximately a four foot by five foot area. We also have serval doors that do t operate or shut. We have emailed , called and keep getting the run around or no response for over a month. My hope is maybe you could help resolve this with kit homes in a timely matter before we have to take legal and or get state contractors and house board involved. I am a business owner my self and have had very good luck with the BBB on resolving owners and customers complaints. Anything you could help with would be great thank you. **** And ***************************.

      Good Morning,

      I have reached out and talked to **** and ****** as of 8/09/22 and informed them I was reviewing and working on the issues that they have reported. I also contacted their Dealer and found out that the Dealer has located and exterior door locally and has set an appointment with them to install the door. I will have the rest of the items put together for the repairs, and let **** know I will have a repair person heading that way on Monday 8'15/22 to do a walk through and service work.
