After leaving ******** ***** under duress from a fraudulent employer recruitment. I left $76 in my account for box number 81. Those funds were to be left for forwarding services as I left ******** ***** on 12/9 of 22. $76 was left behind as I paid in advance for box number 81 for ******* February March and April. Has no mail seem to arrive the last few weeks of December I concluded that the Box should be closed out and all mail forwarded. I was told that there was one small garment package that was to be forwarded and I asked for that to be sent and I was expecting due diligence with that forwarding and was happy to surrender the remaining funds as a gratuity. However this one package has not yet arrived and has become lost and I have discovered that the address was not correct that I had left with them and I left all contact information with them including my phone number and I called several times to follow up and apparently was deceived as to their business practices. $3.95 was used for postage for this package and it was sent to an ambiguous address. As an over-the-road driver I utilize a personal mailbox or a PMB. This package was sent to a post office box in ***** ******** to the wrong ZIP code. We are still working to retrieve this package and I have sent in a facsimile to this company requesting a refund of $76 minus the 395 for postage of said package. At the time of this complaint I have no response from this company in regards to this request.
